smokers next door to family rooms, rooms not serviced, bins not changed (we stayed for 3 nights), but towels changed if we requested

Attractive garden, Large excellent room, Convenient location, just a pity about the spa.

Location is convenient. Room is very spacious and the bed configuration works well for our group. Table and chairs a good size and comfortable. It is good to have the option of a cooked breakfast even though we didn't take advantage of this. Had we got a specific response to the question as to what was included in the breakfast offered for $13 (something) we would have probably bought it, but as we didn't, we didn't commit to it and settled for taking cereal and bread for toasting with us. Attractive outdoor area.

The spa was not heated and therefore unusable which was an immense disappointment. Having stayed at a venue in Williamstown with a heated spa we were very excited to find a Motel with a spa. I forgot that when we stayed last time the only disappointment was the spa was cold. Hopefully one day they will be able to create a division between the pool and the spa so the spa can be be heated, even though the pool is not. This would certainly make this venue earn a rating of Excellent.

A very enjoyable place to stay and relax in a quiet yet convenient location .

Clean, spacious and very close to a seafood restaurant. A quiet retreat with beautiful water pressure.

They advertise that they are in Merimbula but are in fact in Pambula which is approx. 3 kms out of town

Very good

As we had previously stayed at this Inn, all was as we recollected. Location was good, room was spacious and clean and perfect for a short stay. Perhaps some thought in the booking process could be included to accommodate, room selection (upper floor use of stairs versus ground floor) for elderly travellers (bag hauling etc). Certainly I will request that ground floor rooms on future stays. Glad it was as we remember it from some years ago. Thank you.

For the price we paid, I would have expected much more.

Rooms were nice enough, sofa bed was not comfortable for an adult to sleep on. The cleaning crew ok, clean enough. Staff were friendly, but didn't go out of their way.

The 4th bed we booked was not made up when we arrived and staff just told us where to find the linen. The bathroom was dated, and the pool and laundry room were very dated. the BBQ area pretty poor. Also, there was an un useable tennis court.
