The hotel has a lovely charm. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We loved our room as it was big and i think we were upgraded as we got 2 bedrooms and a balcony. And the view from our room was beautiful. The heated swimming pool was perfect and my son loved it so much.

Owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The views are nice, the bed was comfy. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful, I had a fluffy tasty omelette and hubby had full English.

I was lucky to be upgraded to a fabulous family room with sea view. The hotel is still observing covid etiquette which should be seen as comforting as a guest. The room was clean beautiful leather sofa balcony a complete treat to the double room no view I was expecting. Although I waxnt able to attend a lovy entertainer was delighti.g the guests. Amazing value for what I had paid and fabulous breakfast. All the staff warm friendly helpful. I shall certainly return :)
WiFi only in Ltd area but there was some WiFi

Staff were lovely and friendly and the pool was a nice bonus.
Room and hotel generally were a little bit dated, TV in room was tiny and room could have done with another chair or small armchair.

The welcome from Julie was very nice, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The room was massive, with separate area for my child, made it feel like was 2 bedrooms . The sea view was amazing , the pool was a nice e bonus.
.Water pressure in the shower not brilliant. But was more than adequate.

The exceptional friendly nature of the staff and owner was so welcoming and made staying there so comforting. The food was all freshly cooked and your needs were attended to no matter what the issue such a lovely bunch and would defo stay there if we was to visit Newquay again.
The fact we was welcomed to a floating visitor left behind from previous toilet squatters ha ha, this wasn’t a great first impression but in the grand scheme of things that is a drop in this ocean to all the great things about the place. It is a little dated but that also gives it the faulty towers loving character we had such a great time thank you .

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They greeted us warmly and were very kind and glad to help. Parking was not a problem, as well as arriving a tad later than expected.
The room was dank and smelly. It had streaks of molds on some of the walls, over the door and in the bathroom. The bathroom had no aereation channel, and was very run down. Linens were not fresh and the bathroom towels and one of the pillows had stains and residuals of blood.
