Loved this place -
I was hoping it would be as it appeared on the app, but not in my wildest dreams would I have imagined it would be as nice as it was.
Room was clean, fairly spacious with a sitting area, well lit; bathroom was very nice, large standup shower (BTW - water pressure in Greece is exceptional !!); balcony with a stunning view, parking right beside the building. Very quiet and relaxing.
Light continental breakfast every morning was perfect, and a great way to start after a quick walk up to the castle, then the day to do whatever the island offered, which was a lot. Just up the hill from the village, its proximity to the town is ideal.
Hector and his partner kept our room super clean, good supply of bottled water and the wine in the fridge was a nice surprise, and was actually very good.
The property itself is stunning; pomegranate trees, flowers, immaculately clean pool, breakfast area, lounge chairs, sitting area - all very nice.
All correspondence between the property manager (Maria) was great — quick responses to all questions and queries.
Would be nice to have a couple of facecloths/ hand-cloths for the bathroom and kitchen; a box of Kleenex/ roll of paper towel; and the balcony was a bit on the small side in our unit - next visit I’ll ask for a room with a bigger outside sitting area (if its available.) most of these items however were inconsequential; we managed just fine.

The hotel is in a very beautiful location with lovely views from the pool and from our room. We were really pleased that we chose Assos, as it was the loveliest place we visited on Kefalonia, and felt very lucky a room was available at Roi suites. The suite was spacious, clean and pretty and we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back.

Great location overlooking the sometimes neglected Assos view toward Myrtos and the cliff-lined peninsula beyond. The pool and terrace area are great with comfortable loungers, parasols and seating, including a large shaded terrace where breakfast is served. Our room was very comfortable with a daybed for lazing on during the afternoons, good air con and a great bed with a firm mattress. The terrace/balcony was lovely with the same views as the pool out to sea. Breakfast was fairly basic but always included eggs, cake and pastries so should meet most people's needs and tastes. The village of Assos is a five minute walk down the hill so easy to get to except perhaps to those with mobility issues. All in all a perfect place for a lazy stay in Assos. Plenty of parking which can be a challenge in Assos.
Nothing really!

An absolute stunning location and an absolute credit to the hosts .
Beautifully appointed , private , yet the opportunity to mingle around the pool or breakfast should you wish .
There’s nothing not to like !

Great location with stunning views, however room was significantly smaller than expected and the room's terrace is overlooked by the other rooms.
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was excellent with homemade jams
Would've been nice to have tea and coffee available throughout the day.
The nearest car parking space is up a very steep hill which is not ideal in the heat and / or whilst carrying anything.
Would have been nice to have a more frequent change of swimming towels as had to use them whilst still damp for 3 days.
Room was smaller than expected

We loved the location in Assos, with a perfect view over the sea and the castle as soon as you walk through the hotel gates. It was a gentle stroll into town and to the beach. The staff were kind and helpful. We also loved the panoramic views from the swimming pool and being able to watch the sun set in the evenings with a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Assos.

The location was absolutely perfect, within easy walking distance of Assos village and with stunning views over the ocean. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous with flowers everywhere. Our room was so pretty and comfortable with everything you could need. Maria was very welcoming and all the staff were friendly and kept the apartments and pool spotless. Breakfast was simple with bread, yoghurt, fruit and eggs nicely laid out in a pretty covered area by the pool. We hope to return one day!
Nothing!

maybe the best view I’ve ever seen.

The peacefulness and beautiful setting and the views were amazing as were the sunsets from the terrace. The whole place is spotlessly clean and there are plenty of very nice free toiletries.
There was a "welcome" bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water which was very much appreciated. The mattress was comfortable also the pillows and the bedding is top quality. Furnishings are high quality too we had a beautiful room.
Kitchen has beautiful crockery and nice to have washing up liquid/scrubber and teatowel provided. Maria was friendly and helpful and her staff were quietly efficient. Breakfast was eaten outside in the pergola area. A Beautiful setting. Lots of fresh breads, orange juice, greek yogurt, honey and preserves and cakes/biscuits and ample tea and coffee. There has been a lot of love and thought put into these apartments and it shows. THANKYOU for a super holiday! We would definitely recommend and return.
On a couple of occasions we were unable to get a sunbed. There appeared to be only 8 sunbeds(very good quality) available when we were there when potentially there could be perhaps 20 guests. There is ample table and chair seating in the pergola area and there are two lovely quiet/secret garden areas (which we loved) to sit in and lots of low wall seating. We did manage a sun bed most of the time though as guests do come and go. Breakfast is very nice perhaps more fruit selection would be my only criticism.

Beautiful and peaceful cliff-top location with views of the beautiful Assos bay and castle. Perfect for watching sunsets from the pool or relaxing on a private balcony overlooking the sea. Has a secluded feel but restaurants and bars a 5 minute walk away. Staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
Nothing bad to say here.

Incredible views of the ocean and the sunset from our balcony and the pool. The property is gorgeous and it’s just a short walk down to beautiful Assos harbour, we wished we could have stayed for longer!
The breakfast wasn’t great but understandable given covid regulations.

Amazing location in beautiful Asos. Stunning sunsets and a lovely small town centre nearby. The hotel is beautiful and the view from the pool is perfect. The rooms are well laid out, clean and comfy. The family and other staff are very friendly. The place felt safe with regards COVID. Option for Yoga while there. We would love to stay again.
