location is good…
They do not give preferential customer rewards when the reservation is through booking, there are continuous problems with hot water and they need to improve the cleaning of the rooms by the way the pillows and towels are very old

Comfortable and quiet with a great breakfast. The 1pm checkout time is a bonus.

one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, the shower never had hot water, very dirty rooms with dust and debris, unclean aircon.

Breakfast was fine but not what it was pre covid.
The pool was quite dirty

The staff were very nice. Lots of smiles. I liked that breakfast was scheduled by the half hour to prevent crowding. Room was very clean but no wash cloths were provided.

I made the trip to Mazatlan to visit with family and only needed a place to sleep. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly/helpful. The property is centrally located to nearby shopping and the beach is only a 20-minute walk.
The beds were pretty sparse, with very few pillows/blankets. Although, they had plenty to bring-up.
