Bella location per due per un paio di giorni.

Un appartamento ristrutturato con gusto. Una cucina ampia con un angolo cottura con isola e sgabelli, divano e tv. Aria condizionata solo nella zona giorno. Un balcone che da direttamente sul mare con un tavolo per mangiare all'esterno, molto bella la vista. Una camera spaziosa con balcone. Il bagno ben ristrutturato mi è piaciuto molto a parte il lavabo leggermente scomodo per gli spazi ristretti e poca luce sopra lo specchio. Davanti all'edificio due sdraio per appartamento ed accesso al mare con scalette. Molto disponibile il titolare, formalità veloci.

Isola della cucina troppo alta anche per me che sono 1.80 per mangiare comodamente. La cucina non era molto accessoriata, mancava ad esempio scolpata, coppe per insalate. Il materasso era molto basso, sembrava un grosso topper, non l'ho trovato comodo.

Great place, great location, modernly furnished apartment, great for couples, we also liked contactless check-in and check-out, parking in front of the house available and free, wifi, lovely guesture - wine from the owner, beach in front of the house, free deck chairs, we recomend.

Quite comfortable apartment with AC and beautiful sunsets seen from the balkony.

Location, sun sets and overall cleanliness and comfort were very good. Nice and kind hosts who can communicate in English and are very friendly. A bottle of wine and some cold beers in the fridge were a very nice touch as well.

WiFi got super slow during the days and it disconnected for some time on the day before my departure. I think it still should be possible for the host to get a better service as one restaurant nearby had much better and faster connection on multiple occasions I tried it.

Perfect holiday!

Perfect Organisation, son and father Organized everything Perfect. Barbecue location very professional. Perfect view to sea and only 5 meters to the sea!!! Nice nice nice Very clean and modern apartment. Not far to Biograd and very lovely Zadar.

Nice apartment but would not reccommend the location

Apartment itself was nice- modern clean and comfy, nice view from the balcony, spacious rooms, all appliances were working.

Value wasnt worth the price. Its not really apartment itself issue but the location. It was the worst during our trip to Croatia. It felt more like being at the lake rather than at the sea, water was algae green, in front od the apartment there was concrete platform to lie on with many old boats in the water. There were just a few mediocre restaurants in the area. We felt like its more a place for people of Zadar for a close weekend getaway than a holiday resort, it really depends what you are looking for- we werent looking for that.

3rd time here, love it! If you wanna chill, rest, enjoy the sea, have a beautiful view to the sea, you found the place! Couldnt have any better!

Amazing!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful as on the pictures, bed & pillows were very comfortable, the best location - right on the beach! Private sunbeds & umbrellas we really appreciated. Amazing view from the balcony. Good and fast communication over whatsapp, cleaning lady was really fast and we got our room at 11:30. Thank you very much!

In the top floor apartment the kitchen is really small, however the view from the balcony is worth it!

Was cool 2 years ago - got disappointed this time. Not planning on staying next time :(.

We liked the view, the private beach, the area and the design of the rooms!

We were here 2 years ago.. Compared to this it was kind of a disappointment. Got a tiny apartament - half the size of 2 years ago and booking didnt show the m2. The couch can be opened, but a 1 cm thick matress is there, very uncomfortable. The bedroom is seperated without a television - no cooling there. There were a lot of construction happening - and we would expect a cheaper price for this tiny room. We dont know why but the tables and chairs were very tall - for my 70 year old father it was very uncomfy for sit there.
