A lovely hotel, would definitely use it again.

The food was lovely and there was plenty of variation to keep us happy.

Rooms are a bit on the small size but at the end of the day you only really sleep there.

We have stayed at this Hotel many times but apart from the staff it needs a face lift and modernising.

Location

The high cost for a room safe 4Euro per day. The bedroom mattress was tired and required changing. The lounge bar was closed during our stay The top bar closed at 9pm and left the tables dirty and a dozen people watching football unable to get a drink

very welcoming and friendly hotel

everything. stayed in many hotels in benidorm, this is now one of my favourites, i’m a really fussy eater but food excellent and so much choice. staff work really hard making sure guests have a fabulous holiday.

Slept at hotel then went out to friendly bars

Breakfast great

Being told that I couldn’t smoke on front terrace treated like a lepper told all about lockdown & how smoking is against the law. Trip adviser better be informed that it is as they say it’s allowed. Now we have cigarettes all over the pavement

Overall a lovely hotel that caters for everyone especially the elderly.

The hotel is spotlessly clean,food good and great staff,our third visit and we will be visiting again in a few months,room was big enough with a huge bed,lifts work well and entertainment was really good,we didn’t need to venture to far away from the hotel it has what we needed.

Pools not the biggest and beds tended to get reserved especially in the prime positions,was a little surprised that to replenish the coffee/tea/milk portions for the in room tea making facilities you had to pay for them.

Good value. Clean, smart dining lounge. Wide variety of foods at mealtimes. Clean bedroom, balcony facing morning sun. Helpful, patient staff team

Only bar without entertainment is outside. I'd have enjoyed a quiet drink in the evenings!
