Fairly basic hotel in a stunning location, right next to the Apollo temple. Fine for one night - perhaps more animated in season.

A simple but adequate, quiet room with bottles of water provided. A nice hot shower. A quiet shady garden. A good traditional Turkish breakfast served in a rustic room, with coffee from an expresso machine - a bonus for us. The owner, who speaks some English, gave us a sample of a traditional turkish soup taken on cold mornings. The wonderful Apollo temple site is just in front so a good place to stay if that is your interest. They suggested eating at the Olivia restaurant, serving some traditional dishes of the area. We enjoyed very much.

Such a beautiful and atmospheric place to stay. 2 mins from the Temple of apollo and many restaurants and lovely shops. The owners were fascinating to chat to and I got to meet their very charming nephew who was visiting.
Nothing to report !

- Great location, right next to the Temple of Apollo and a little shopping street with cafes
- Very kind staff
- Beautiful garden with lots of interesting plants
- Very good breakfast
- Off-season (September) I had no issue finding parking spaces either right in front of the hotel or very close by
- I recommend this place due to its location and character!
- Concerts from the cafes nearby go until around midnight (I have to say though that the live music was tasteful and didn't bother me, even though I am super sensitive to noise)

that cute dog
the dishonesty of the owner (they lied about the outside noise which would stop by midnight but it stayed until 2am- just be honest), the breakfast (those cancerous salami-even the dog won’t eat it, worst quality of tomatoes and cucumber that were cut the day before- turkey is a heaven for cheap local veggies, cold hard boiled eggs- it is not difficult to prepare fried eggs; after all we were the ONLY guests), that dirty room, white bulbs that give migraines, and broken shower curtains, ridiculously dirty carpets in room (just throw them away), almost NO wi-fi in the room (the internet speed was from 1996), the room was said to have view over the appolon temple but there was absolutely no view AT ALL- only a thick glass brick. so yes don’t choose it for location because you will regret because I KNOW hotel business and I OWN one myself.

Next to Apollo Temple, cosy 200 y aged hotel complex, small scale, kind owner and excellent service; breakfast and drinks in the very well designed garden

Great location and friendly welcome.
Bathroom facilities were poor (water pressure), and there was leaking water all night.
