Grandísima sorpresa

La atención al llegar fabulosa. La ubicación muy bueno y el desayuno resultó espectacular. Lo mismo puedo descir de la persona que me atendió en la salida... 100% recomendable. Si es que lo único malo fue el cliema y eso ellos no lo pueden controlar!!!!

Hotelito precioso en una ubicación perfecta con una atención fantástica!

La ubicación es genial, al lado de la playa del sardinero. Mucho sitio para aparcar cerca. El hotelito, es guapísimo por fuera y por dentro. Decorado con mucho gusto, cálido y acogedor. El desayuno muy bien. Tenían pan sin gluten, (me dio papel albal para poder tostarlo. Si tuvieran una tostadora pequeñita solo para SIN GLUTEN, ya sería perfecto, jeje) También tenían bebidas vegetales variadas. En resumen, me encantó. Y volvería sin dudarlo! La chica de recepción, super amable. Nos indicó paseos, restaurantes... Genial!

Établissement neuf et propre, personnel accueillant et serviable

Malheureusement, très mauvaise insonorisation: nous avons entendu des portes claquer jusqu’à 2h du matin et entendions les gens prendre leur petit déjeuner.

No tuve la oportunidad de pasar la noche en el hotel, pero por lo que pude ver, parecía agradable y cómodo. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y la recepcionista es una mujer encantadora que se preocupa por el cliente.

Había reservado dos noches, en dos habitaciones diferentes al no haber disponibilidad en la misma para todo el fin de semana y hubo una equivocación por parte del hotel, lo resolvieron dándome opción a alojarme en otro hotel de la zona con la mismas condiciones que había contratado con ellos, y asumiendo ellos el coste extra. Todo quedó resuelto y la verdad es que se preocuparon por solventar el error y que quedara contenta.

FABULOUS SMALL HOTEL

Superb small hotel, spotlessly clean, very comfortable room, lovely continental breakfast and the staff were so friendly and helpful, offering great advice on restaurants etc. Very close to beautiful sandy beaches and buses to take you into the city centre. Would definitely return.

A VERY ENJOYABLE STAY

We had a basement room, which was small but adequate for one night before we caught the ferry. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. It was a short walk to the promenade, casino (we did not go in) and sea facing beaches, which were sandy. The location was very good. We parked conveniently on the street We ate at a fantastic restaurant a short walk up the street. Continental breakfast was very good. Overall a great night's stay.

Nice Hotel but Too Hot

Lovely small hotel near the beaches.

Set air conditioning temperature low but air conditioning didn't work, so very hot room during the night meant we could not sleep properly.

lovely long weekend can,t wait to return and hopefully bring family if apartments are available

we came on ferry so it was short taxi ride to hotel and similar back to catch bus to Bilbao

We were made so welcome on our arrival. The hotel is an amazing location and the cleanliness is superb. It is our second time to stay in this hotel and it won't be our last. Michela and his wife are fabulous hosts. We highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay

The staff are lovely and very helpful, the host gave us a map and explained where all the points of interests and best restaurants are. Breakfast perfect and plenty of choice. Beach very close, town quite a walk but nice if you take the tunnel route.

Nothing wrong with the hotel at all except maybe a little background music in the restaurant at breakfast would help as it's quite compact and a little uncomfortable silence due to language barriers with other guests

Beautiful little hotel .. fabulous location. Just meters from the beach. Staff were so hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble... Absolutely loved it

The bed was a little small. I'm 6ft 4 and it was a bit of a squeeze

Exceptional

The hotel is just a minute walking away from some beautiful beaches, the staff is really friendly, and also the city centre can be reached very easily with one of the many buses. It was fantastic staying here for a weekend and I'd do it again.

Lovely hotel close to Playa Sardinero.

Comfortable room with excellent shower. Air con. Attention to detail was very good. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful. Location was great - 2 minute walk to Playa Sardinero. 30 minute walk to town centre or plenty of local buses to hop on.

We booked a room that had a patio, however it wasn't very usable - no table or chairs. I would choose a different room next time.

Nice cosy hotel

Cute and cosy hotel near the beach, cheaper than in the centre. The city centre was about 25 min away, there is also a bus. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was nice.

The room was already small, some decoration could be removed to make space for luggage.
