Location was perfect, Room was large and clean, no complaints..., we were able to take the skis to the room..., also plenty of facilities on site i.e., pool, gym etc....., good restaurants in the local area to go and find on foot.
Also we had a large balcony that was great and a beautiful view of the mountains...
Price was a bit high, but I guess you are paying for the location...

The room was big and the beds very comfortable. The room was serviced and cleaned to a high standard most days but once it was not touched at all. The room was warm and had a big balcony that looked onto the admin building with the mountains just visible beyond. There was a fridge in the room which was convenient.
The evening meal choices were limited (2-3 items per course) but our group found something to our taste most evenings. The fresh salads with dinner were delicious. You can have as much still or sparkling water as you want and a large jug of red and/or white wine per table. Breakfast was basic continental with bread, croissants, cereal coffee and juice - the same every day. Some of the kitchen/ waiting staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately others treated the guests as an inconvenience,
Although we didn't use it, the pool tables and ping-pong were being used by other guests and looked OK.
Parking was free, ample and across the road from the accommodation. It was only a 5 min walk to the nearest ski lift.
At the foot of the ski lift there was a heated ski storage locker which was free to use for guests of the accommodation.
Our room was very sparsely furnished with four beds, two wardrobes, two bedside lockers and only one chair and a small table. There was one coat stand but no other hooks for hanging ski gear.
There were only two electric sockets. This made charging devices difficult. There were only two of us in the room, any more guests and it would be very challenging to charge everything.
We asked for adjacent rooms and were given rooms with adjacent numbers... unfortunately the rooms were not actually beside each other, rather separated by about 50m of corridor.
The quality of the food was inconsistent, much better from midweek to the weekend. No fresh fruit available at breakfast. Oranges were available after dinner but we had to ask for them.
Service and information from the staff was not forthcoming. Despite enquiring about using the swimming pool on two separate occasions, we were told the price and times but not told we had to book so when we went to use it one night there were no places left. Additionally you could only have a 1 hr time slot, at 10Euros, hardly worth the effort.
The gym is very basic and some of the machines were not functioning. There are no free-weights or a matted exercise area. The quality and maintenance of the resistance machines was poor - very old models.
The bar was disappointing, it has no atmosphere at all. Most evenings there was either live singing or radio playing much too loudly to allow any reasonable conversation. It was a battle to find a soft chair to relax in anywhere on the premises (only a few sofas for 100's of guests).
In summary - the price is low for a reason, don't expect much beyond bare essentials. The property lists many services and facilities but in reality they are either poor quality or not available for all the guests to use. It is probably best left to the large groups of students and school children who were also resident during our stay.

Value for money - I suppose you get what you pay for.
Nice big room. And helpful lady at reception (Laura) when we had a slight issue with our booking.
Not ski to door as advertised.
Extra charges for everything and some obligatory whether you use it or not.
No useful written information in English anywhere (e.g. to explain these charges and rules).
Some staff quite rude and abrupt - for example we got accused of stealing breakfast things for lunch when we weren’t.

Great location 5mins walk to campo smith lift.
The hotel also has a ski storage facility at campo smith site so you can leave your skiing kits there.
The staffs are nice and friendly, great room size and clean.
WiFi speed is good.
We enjoyed our stay in the Villagio
No kettle in the room so can't make a cup of tea myself in the evening

Nice enough place, facilities are good and not too crowded. Diner time is early at 19.30 to 21.00 with at least 2 choices of pasta and main course. There is a salad at diner. Surprisingly quiet
Food is a bit heavy. Swimmingpool is 10 euros.

Walking distance to ski lifts, ski locker and lift pass included, great value.
Some might not enjoy eating with school groups - we found it ok. Noisy meal times but good food.
