Ottimo soggiorno a sottomarina

Struttura nuova, tenuta in maniera impeccabile dai proprietari che sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Camere veramente belle e curate nei dettagli. Posizione molto suggestiva in una zona tranquillissima di sottomarina più vicina alla tradizione che alla modernità delle strutture alberghiere più “centrali”. Breve passeggiata per il centro di sottomarina o Chioggia. Ottima colazione, comodo il servizio parcheggio a 100m ed ottimo il servizio spiaggia.

Super Location mit allem was man braucht

Lage hervorragend Nähe zum Strand ideal Restaurant gleich im Haus Supertolle Zimmer mit allem was man braucht (Cinema Zimmer mit Beamer !) Frühstück hervorragend Personal super freundlich Nicht weit weg von der zentralen Innenstadt (1 Stunde)

Absolute Empfehlung, waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Die Doppelzimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber top modern und individuell mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir waren im Themenzimmer Nr.11 "Industriale", welches sich, ruhig gelegen, im Hauptgebäude in einer kleinen Gasse befindet, untergebracht. Ein kostenloser Safe, Minibar (absolut geräuschlos und preislich in Ordnung), Espressomaschine, Klimaanlage (angenehm leise) und großer Flachbild-TV (kein deutsches TV) waren vorhanden, außerdem wurde jeden Tag nach Bedarf eine kostenlose Obstschale ins Zimmer gestellt bzw. aufgefüllt. Unser Zimmer hatte auch einen kleinen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit (Tisch und 2 Stühle) und seitlichen Blick durch die Gasse auf´s Wasser. Eine Verdunklung des Zimmers war mit Holzfensterläden möglich. Das kostenlose Wlan lief störungsfrei. Die Putzfrau möchten wir ganz besonders loben, hatten noch nie so ein sauberes Zimmer und wir reisen sehr viel, haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Der kostenlose vor der Sonne abgeschirmte bewachte in der Nähe des Hotels befindliche Parkplatz sowie die im Preis inbegriffenen Liegen, Sonnenschirm und Badehäuschen inkl. kleiner Sitzgruppe (Tisch und Stühle zum Essen) und Schirm fanden wir besonders praktisch. Im Umfeld des Hotels sind viele Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, nach Chioggia läuft man. ca. 20 min. Der ca. 300m entfernte absolut steinfreie Sandstrand von Sottomarina ist sauber und man kann weit ins Wasser hineinlaufen, hier sind Hunde erlaubt und es gibt auch Rettungsschwimmer. Das Frühstück, welches in der hauseigenen Pizzeria "Mary Rose" in einem weiteren Gebäude um die Ecke serviert wurde, war sehr gut, ordentliche Wurst, Käse, kleine Semmeln, Marmelade, Butter, Müsli, gekochtes Ei, leckere Croissant, Toast, frischer Obstsalat, Säfte, Kaffee, Cappucino etc., alles vorhanden. Wie hatten eine schönen Urlaub und können das kleine Hotel absolut weiter empfehlen.

Dusche im Zimmer 11 war sehr schön aber ziemlich eng, könnte Problem bei korpulenteren Personen geben, für uns aber in Ordnung. Das kostenlose Badehäuschen mit Liegen und Schirm ist ca. 80-100m von Meeresufer entfernt, man sieht auch nicht das Meer. Leider kein deutscher Sender im TV.

Fantastic place, highly recommend

Fantastic place, everything was great! Parking place available (owner will direct you to a private parking where they have dedicated place). Similarly, there is a dedicated place in nearby beach, where you get key to a shack with sun beds, chairs. There is a nice restaurant and bar on the beach. We have stayed in apartament "Vintage" which was perfectly clean, with comfortable beds, and spacious bedroom with both shower and bathtub (towels and hairdryer included as well). Delicious breakfast available downstairs (both savoury and sweet). It's possible to rent a bike, no charge. Grocery shop and restaurants close by.

The most stylish and economical B&B in Sottomarina.

Each room is uniquely decorated and the Cafe is beautifully decorated in a Steampunk Motiv. Breakfast is served at your table once you place your order There is plenty of fresh fruits, fruitsalad, variety of yogurts, variety of pastries, variety of fruit juices, bottled water, coffee beverages as well as choice of breakfast cereals and hard boiled eggs to choose for breakfast. I stayed in the cinema room which faced the beach. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks. Housekeeping was impeccable and the refrigerator was fully stocked with a large variety of beverages and snacks in various sizes. The room had gratis a fruit bowl and coffee pod machine with coffee and tea varieties. The bed was firm but comfortable. The location is super convenient and very quiet. The hotel has its own private parking for hotel guests. The price was very reasonable for the off-season. It's the most modern, stylish but affordable family owned B&B hotel in Sottomarina. You will find no higher quality or better value B&B in the area.

I only stayed four nights. 😭

Very frendly staff , very clean room and bathroom, location, free parking (100 m away from building-you get a park card that opens the gate). Coffee and Tea in room and a welcome fruit plate., Bed was comfortable, room was heated, bathroom floor as well. You could go downstairs in the evening to eat pizza in the restaurant - same one they serve breakfast in the morning

I was little disappointed to see hotel has a gym and to read reviews from other guests hotel provided bikes on spot, and none of those were offered to us. Also didnt expect to pay for table in restaurant (2 euro per person) otherwise we would order pizza and eat it in our room.

Really nice romantic clean sunny room.

Nice very clean room, modern silent sunny facility. Really nice romantic arrangement. Coffee machine incl. coffee, fruits and Tee in the room.

No view, only roofs of other houses. Breakfast no self service. Difficult to find.

where we feel like home in Sottomarina

The apartment is very stylish. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is even a washing machine. The place is newly renovated, modern and extremely clean. The manager is very friendly and helpful. He helped us taking our luggage to the car park. The car park is included in the price and you can even stay the whole day when you leave. The location is excellent in old town Sottomarina and 5 minutes on foot to the beach and to good restaurants.

The checkout time at 10 a.m. is a bit early.

Beautiful place close to the beach and historical centre. The fishing boats are very atmospheric.

The room was clean and nice with very comfortable bathroom. The room is a little bit small, but we knew this, when we booked. For 2 days it was enought. Have a very good location and private parking place. Plus have a private beach what is very comfortable. The owner was helpful and the communication was very good, which made it easier to find the accommodation

The room can be a little bit bigger.

Good value for money

Very nice location, close to the beach as well as to the historical centre. The view from the window wasn't panoramic but very nice, we could have seen the sea. There was cute balkony facing the opposite building. Appartment was spacious and cozy. Amenities were provided, towels were changed daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, really nice choice of food with super delicious croissants and fruit salad. Highly recommended place to stay in Chioggia :)

Bunk bed was kinda short and not too tall for adults, rather for children.

I didn't like it. Expensive and disappointed

Breakfast Free parking

No lift. I can listen the neighbors very easy. The residence is expensive and I cannot put the ac on because there wasn't the remote. Only one bin and was very small. No space for clothes and accessories. I need to ask for the remote to open the gate of the parking at the reception and they knew I have the car. The car was locked inside.

the friendly owner, interesting design of the room with different layouts for each room, balcony with view towards the lagoon and the sea, typical Sottomarina atmosphere, close to the beach and restaurants, free parking, nice breakfast

the absence of a lift. But: the staff is willing to carry your baggage up to your room.

The best were the salty breakfast, which are not common in Italy. The hotel is in good location, parking available. The room really nice with the fruits and coffe and tea...I would say the best hotel I have been during my travel around Italy.

Sottomarina - a nice place with beach & seafood not far fom Venice

Great spot for short term stay. Located in nice area, next to the hotel really nice restaurant for lazy dinner. A fruit bowl as a welcome and a cold prosecco (for money) in room's fridge. Suitable for couples.

Check in only till 22:00. Not really suitable if you travel with kids.
