Nice clean rooms, large lobby to spent some time, very friendly stuff.
The restaurant could be better.

A great hotel with lovely staff in a remote town. I left my iPad behind and the hotel arranged for it to be brought to me in Salta - so we really appreciated the fantastic service and highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not so good.

Considering where this hotel is located, I think it’s a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious, check in time was flexible and also the restaurant closes fairly late and has a good variety of vegetarian dishes.
There is also a cozy fireplace in the dining room.
Breakfast starts late, which isn’t ideal if you want to leave early. Also dining service is a bit slow.

This hotel is based in S.A. de los Cobres a small town where the main attraction is the journey on "Tren a las Nuves" that you should book in advance. The hotel team is great and kind. We have dinner and breakfast in the hotel, and before dinner, we took some drinks as well. If you need a hair drier, in the main lobby you can request one that is shared among the guests.
They could improve the bathroom in the room

Comfortable and warm hotel with a good and hot shower. Food was fine, and the staff is very helpful. Very good option to spend a night, especially because it is one of the only options within a large perimeter.

The employees were really helpful, the nature outside is beautiful, lunch & dinner were good! The hotel is very clean and has nice ambience. However, nothing much to do outside, the hotel restaurant is quite good though.
A bit too expensive.

There isn't much else to do in San Antonio de los Cobres other than the Cloud Train and the amazing Ruta 40 - the journey to get there is spectacular. The hotel is comfortable, warm and clean, they also offer good food and drinks and it is a good shelter for the inclement weather outside and extreme altitude. But being the only hotel in the area (I believe the other places to stay are hostels and rooms in private homes), we found it a bit precarious yet charging high prices. We had a great time though!

Breakfast was good and beds soft!
Mold in the bathroom. Got separate beds instead of the booked queen size beds. Doors were very loud to open and close.

This is the only Hotel in the locality, the town is small, I was told that there were no hotel accommodations here but when I discover this hotel it was very helpful and gave peace of mind because it is a long drive to San Antonio de los Cobres.
The place needs upgrades but for being the only hotel to stay it is worth it.
Not sufficient food to accommodate the menu and limited varieties but this is the best place in town. I would say it was Ok for the occasion. I will keep this place in mind when I travel through this area of the Puna again.
