nice

room was clean, bathroom clean, great place to stay. owner was lovely and helpful and nice room.

but the air conditioner noise ( OMG) lots of noise from it REALLY REALLY LOUD!

I guess you only get what you pay for.

The room was spacious and quiet.

There was an electric blanket on the bed but no power point near the bed to plug it into. The bathroom needs updating, tiles we cracked and it was dark and dingy.

Maybe the price, but nothing else

The smell of the main room was grose, too much air freshener which was obviously used to mask the smell of the mouldy bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting the drainage in the shower was shocking and the toilet had to be flushed several times after using, broken tiles and mouldy grout in the shower recess. The walls are paper thin, could hear a baby crying all night in the neighbouring room. Flys in our room.

Workable location, a nice walk to and along river bank.

Somewhere to stay overnight between Falls Creek & Adelaide. Convenient reasonable price . Would def.

Friendly staff at reception. No fuss / stress book in.

Ok accommodation.

Decent shower and clean towels. Tbags and milk supplied. .

Dated room with a musty smell. Bed was uncomfortable. I could hear everything from the room next door. Had to be a rocket scientist to work the TV.

Good value for money

Our unit 3 was clean , modern bathroom .extra mirror in main room , which contained cutlery, crockery and yummy complimentary biscuits

The pool was out of order and issues with our air conditioner which the owner got going for us

Well appointed comfortable room for 3. Even though it's on the main road the rooms are behind the front and very quiet. Beds were great and Justin is an excellent host.

Took a quick turn from exciting to exhausted. Thanks anyway.

Great location and check-in experience was great.

We had an abundance of thick dust, large and small bugs invade our room, bathroom and bed to which my husband was bitten by one and had a reaction, large spiders in the bricks and webs, and stayed up all night using bug spray to which I then had a mild asthma attack and our toddler waking multiple times throughout the night needing his asthma medication. Cockroaches crawled over our breakfast and had blood on our sheets. My husband asked for a new room the next day which was reluctantly given to us and was told to “get your hand off it”, “I don’t appreciate that my cleaners do the best job”, passed on asthmatic info and spraying bug spray all night wasn’t good for our health was responded with, “that’s all you can do”, and criticised where we were from as we were “in the Mallee now and don’t get dust and bugs in Geelong”. My husband reassured the gentleman he wasn’t intending on being nasty or critical, just wanted to let him know we weren’t comfortable. New room was much cleaner and smelled like it had been sprayed with bug spray intensely, bed had a huge dip in it and some bugs crawl through but no where near as bad.

People always remember the way you made them feel.

The size of the room

Couldn't find the switch for the light over the single bed. I made an inquiry at receipting, the man there answered my question and was friendly enough but ended our conversation with "I'll just get back to my breakfast then" obviously I had disturbed his breakfast.
