It is Italy, witch all good and bad things (treatment of tourists)

The location is perfect, very close to the Puzzuoli port, shop Conad nirby.

It is not very new.

Nice location. A short nice walk to either the port or Lungomare... both great!

I've stayed at the Miramare 3 or 4 times before - all good. First time in this area of the hotel and room (#76) and was happy with it. Great views over the bay, bedroom was decent size (queen bed) with a balcony, plenty of lighting in the bathroom and hot water was really good and on demand.

Refrigerator was a bit noisy but closing the bedroom door helped. Still heard it but not as bad. Checkout. I planned on a 0900 checkout on a Saturday morning (the sign said someone would be there by 0900!!) but no one was there. I picked up the phone near reception 3 times - there was a 'ringing' tone - but no one answered. At 0915'ish a worker came and in and saw that I was waiting so called someone (++ to him!!). He used the wall phone that I used but pressed a digit that i did not see that connected him to the Hotel Avellino. Both are by the same company/owner. He put me on the phone and I was told that since my room was not pre-paid I could send the credit card info over the phone (not a fan!!!) or go to the Avellino to settle things. As I needed to pick up my colleague right near this hotel it worked for me. The check-in man and the checkout lady (at the Avallino) were great but I just wished that I was told checkout might be an issue on a Saturday morning. I could have checked out the night before. Regardless will still stay here again if I need to be in the Pozzuoli area.

Very good

The room was very spacious and had a great view. It was also very quiet and had a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the gardener even gave my wife a couple of pomegranates that were ripening on the tree in the grounds.

The decor of the room was a little dated by modern standards and the beds were very hard.

Pozzuoli is a beautiful place

The location. The room was clean.

I didn’t have the best room which was located on the ground floor and cars and people passed by my room so I had to keep the curtains closed. Furniture a bit used.

Great location in Pozzuoli

Location middle of Pozzuoli. Easy walk to resturants and cafes. Within walking distance (less than 3 blocks)

Needs some updating to furnishes. Had kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cups but only one small pot no other cooking items. Would of been nice for an electrical tea kettle and cookware.

Mhe but ok

Staff was kind we got an "upgrade", airco works perfectly and the apt is big. Room was clean with some little spot that could be checked better. Near to station, main boulevard, supermarket, bar.

The whole property is stucked in the 80's, needs an urgent update. shower head must be replaced immediately. Bed was the most unconfortable i ve ever slept in life (no joke) The house is poorly decorated, with old forniture that don t match with each other and duvet and curtains out of grandma's personal collection (no, it does not feel authentic). For 100 euro per night i'd like to see little more taste. Only Italian channels are available on tv. We didn't see any view from our room altough we payed for a panoramic one. Guess is all about personal taste.

Helpful friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our car parked on the Residence property while we travelled overnight to Ischia. This was extremely helpful, saving us from having to find parking in chaotic Pozzuoli. We appreciated this very much.

OK for business

A number of apartments set over different buildings, had to change room due to thin walls and noisy neigbours, easy to walk into town, quite area, some rooms have good views, cafes close by for breakfast and restaurants walking distance, apartments clean, however clearly needs decoration.
