Awesome place, even better host

Apartment is just beautiful: a lot of natural light, tasteful decor and a lot of space. It is furnished with nice touches/details and real plants that make it feel homey VS basic and empty like many other rentals. The balcony is lovely and always exposed to the sun (it can get quite hot). The real difference is made by the host who is so kind and always available to support with any questions or special requests. Thanks so much Janneke!

These are minor details but upon arrival the floors were a little dusty/dirty but we informed the host and she sent cleaners right away! Towels are also a little old/not very soft. Again, smaller details which don’t change the fact that I would definitely recommend this property and host. Property is in the heart of the town, it can be a bit noisy, but we didn’t mind it.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Zandvoort

Loved the apartment. It is spacious so very comfortable for 4-5 persons and looks like the pictures. Even though the kitchen is dated it has everything you need. The bedrooms are a nice size and there is plenty of storage space. The parking at the back of the building is a definite plus.

I wasn't expecting the service charge but I probably didn't read the fine print. Don't rent this apartment if you have an issue with the following (it wasn't an issue for us): - the kitchen is dated and personally I wouldn't use the oven ................so go out for dinner - the wifi is crappy so if you need to work it will be an issue......... have a real vacation break - Noise........... you're in the heart of Zandvoort above pub/restaurant so use earplugs - Access to the bathroom is through the main bedroom.............. no issue, use the balcony access - TV channels .......... go for a walk on the beach instead -Steep stair to the apartment .............. stop smoking

A fantastic little find

Lovely apartment all mod cons very clean and very big. Central to everything. Can’t rate the apartment highly enough it was exceptional.

Flat is nice but basic. A bottle of wine was left but I would rather have the money spent on basics

The location is perfect very close to the beach, restaurant and shops. Lovely balcony to use in the evening and the apartment is spacious.

Plates and glasses were cracked. Kitchen generally poorly equipped. One toilet roll and 2 dishwasher tablets feel it’s very poor to get users to buy these when you have to get in bulk. Batteries not working for TV. No instructions for canopy over balcony so automatically rolled back after 10 minutes. Lights in bedroom did not work and one has been repaired badly. One staircase in and out for 4 flats over restaurant no smoke detectors.
