Great little town, good to have a pool for those hot evenings and a lovely breakfast.

The bath wasn’t clean- had quite baked on soap scum around the rim. There was always alot of noise/loud music in the evenings from the bar downstairs. Didn’t impact our sleep as died down by the time we were going to bed. The Soap/body wash quality can be better for a boutique stay like this- also refreshing them daily would be great as we kept running out- they were amall for two people.

Good

The accommodation has a very beautiful and careful decoration. It is located in one of the most beautiful villages we know in Palma and from here we can discover many beaches within a few minutes by car. Breakfast is very good, however we had some problems on the second day.

The price is too high considering that we don't feel like we have a high quality service. The entrance and bedroom doors are old and you have to use keys that don't always work the first time. On the last day we had a very unpleasant situation with breakfast - we left the accommodation very early to go for a walk, however before we went we told a staff person that we would arrive a little later for breakfast, around 10:30 am. In our room information book it says breakfast is served until 11am. When we arrived at the hotel and went to the breakfast room (10:30am) the door was closed with a paper saying that breakfast is served until 10am. A person who was still in the kitchen told us that breakfast was over and that she had put everything in the trash.

we love Santanyi

Location, Aesthetics, Decor, Pool.

The internet doesn't work (very very bad connection) and they dont have a reception, neither reply the phone at late hours, so you stay without contact with nobody. Our flight get late, and nobody answer the phone and nobody answer the bell at the reception door, we must go back to the city and stay in another hotel. (even thet they send us an email about the "no reception figure", we at least expect someone answer the phone.

Amazing place to stay to visit all the beautiful calas around.

Such a beautiful and charming hotel in Santanyi. The staff, the decoration, the breakfast! Every detail!

Avoid the village on Sunday, everything is closed.

I wished for more quiet but would come again anyway!

i like the design of the place. the architecture and the calmness when I was alone and was able to relax and have a good time. I liked the breakfast, the room, the location, the team and especially the pool area is amazing to relax.

the house is not a hotel. So the walls are very thin and you can hear other guests speaking and walking kn other rooms quite loudly. that’s why I woke up a few times and had a less relaxed stay as I wished with more quiet and good sleep. The location does get loud at night and generally can feel small.

Great hotel, a little on the expensive side, was very nice, perhaps a bit overpriced. Having said that - we had a great holiday.

Beautiful stay, in the relaxing ambience

Beautiful hotel, with a great ambience. We visited after a stay in Ibiza and it provided much needed relaxation and recovery. Excellent location to get around to the many surrounding beaches and also easy access to restaurants. Particularly enjoyed Restaurant Laudat and dinner at Es Pinaret (in Ses Selanes 15 mins car drive).

exclusive place to stay in Santanyí

the location of the hotel was right in the heart of Santanyí and its interior was beautiful. The staff was very welcoming and easy going

the room was very dark due to only one tiny window, that was probably also the reason why it was a bit smelly

Beautifully designed Boutique hotel in the middle of Santanyi

Beautifully designed boutique hotel in the middle of the Santanyi. The pool and communal areas are stunning with great artworks. Delicious breakfast!

A little difficult to find - the directions could just have a map attached to make it a little easier for guests! The room was a little basic, for the price we were expecting something a little more special.
