Moderna struttura con ampia terrazza vicino al centro di Marsala

Camere moderne e ben arredate, letto e cuscini comodissimi e doccia spaziosa. Molto bella anche la terrazzina esterna con vasca jacuzzi e zona palestra. Disponibilità e gentilezza della titolare. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro, con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze.

Very freindly and helpfull host. Thanks Deborah, BB Palazzo Diaz is very centralized in Marsala city. Walking distance to everything. Value for your money.

Very nice property in a very convenient location

We loved the design of the room & bathroom, felt almost like a spa. The room was clean and quite big, also the airconditioning was very eficient. The location is great, very close to the main central area of the city with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The parking can be found nearby (some are free of charge, some can easily be paid by EasyPark app and are very cheap), we called the owner by phone upon arrival and he opened the entry door remotely and gave us some useful information, so check in was very easy and quick. The breakfast was delicious with freshly prepared scrambled eggs, there is also a jacuzzi on the terrace, so all in all it was a nice experience and definitely a property we can gladly recommend.

jacuzzi didn’t heat up. waited couple hours, nothing. there wasnt electric kettle, when asked, said it was broken, seems nothing special for them but for me it was importnant, and in room description said that they have. using toilet was hard enough because shower glass wall is very close. shower floor is leaking.

Nice place in Marsala

Nice location, close to restaurants, center of town. Ten minute walk to ferry. Deborah was so sweet, we had a lovely breakfast every morning. Check in gentlemen were nice and patient in helping me find parking. Jacuzzi was nice to relax. Would stay again!

Would be easier if Google map pin was sent for free parking lot. Add a couple more sleeping pillows, if not on the bed, then in the closet.

Comfortable stay in central Marsala

We stayed in suite 101 which was very spacious and comfortable. It is equipped with a nice large TV and it is located in a quiet area. The host, Deborah, is very friendly and accommodating.

The only problem with the room was that the toilet was located too close to the shower glass, therefore it was a bit uncomfortable for my pregnant wife. The breakfast was a little too sweet for our liking.

It's a great property. if traveling by your car there is amp of parking within the surrounding. The place is just a few minutes away from restaurants, bars, and shops. The breakfast was good and the room very clean and you will find all the things needed. there is also a hot tub at the property. recommend the place.

Very authentic spot to enjoy the town

Very cool and authentic style. The owners are very friendly and the position is perfect to enjoy the town. A free parking just close to the structure.

Cash only - this was not made clear

Good location in the old town and washing machine in the room

At check out we were told we could only pay in cash - this was not made clear. The cost for one night was 191 euros - this is very expensive and reflects the location and high season rather than the quality of the accommodation. The shower did not drain well and the air con was only in the bedroom and was very noisy. No air con in the breakfast room. I would recommend other places to stay over this.

Location and well maintained facilities for the most part (treadmill wasn’t working)

False advertising of pool facilities, the manager failed to confirm there wasn’t one during communication before my arrival, he then lied several times that he had clarified there wasn’t, which was untrue. He also promised a small discount and failed to follow through on that promise. They also threatened to call the police over non payment, when I had tried several times to pay and a member of staff refused to accept the money. They also kept changing the total cost of the stay, it was far too much hassle over what was supposed to be a short, relaxing break.
