Casa Linda is wonderfully presented in a beautiful location in the suburbs of Carvoeiro.
The villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. All three bedrooms and living rooms have terraces that look out to far reaching views of the sea. The large pool area is fantastic with loungers, parasols and a lovely BBQ area. The pool was maintained every three days, and the secluded garden saw the gardeners come once a week.
It also had an inner courtyard that led to a roof terrace which gave panoramic views of the neighbourhood and sea. Ideal location for a drink in the evening.
The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery.
Location-wise, as mentioned, was in a beautiful leafy suburb around 35 mins walk (5 ins in car) to Carvoeiro. The town centre had plenty of restaurants and access to the main beach.
However, there is a beach, Praia do Vale de Centeanes, which is a 15 min walk away which is fantastic and has facilities and restaurant.
Supermarkets are located around 5 mins drive away from the villa towards Lagoa.
Property management and owners offer a great service. A couple of issues when we arrived were sorted promptly within the hour. 😊
All in all, the villa was amazing and highly recommended for a family holiday. Would 100% book again.

We absolutely loved this villa - there was only 3 of us and it felt enormous! Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was also huge and we took full advantage of it every day.
The villa is very well supplied with all you need for your self catering holiday. We used everything at least once; the oven, the bbq the dishwasher and washing machine etc and all worked perfectly. Plenty of towels for both showers and poolside, plenty of tableware and cooking utensils.
We had no car but used Uber for a weekly supermarket stock up.
The villa is within 20-25min walk (depending on your mobility) to a huge selection of restaurants and a choice of two beaches .. but there are a couple nearer that we really enjoyed; the lighthouse bar & grill and also the wonderfully friendly Sal e Tal.
We would highly recommend this villa for a lovely peaceful holiday for a family … I suspect we will find it very difficult to top it!

Another lovely week at Casa Linda. Located a short 5 minute drive from Carveiro town, it's close enough for access to restaurants etc but just far enough away to be nice and peaceful. The villa was clean and well equiped for all you need and the heated pool was heaven. Everthing was well organised for us, so no hassle to find, check in etc. Quick friendly responses to any queries. Such a relaxing week. Can't recommend highly enough

The property is lovely and spacious for a family, perfect amount of space outside too, with the house occupying a corner position on a quiet road. There are restaurants within easy walk of the property and many more in the town which is a little further to walk. The beautiful beach is very near too, with a lovely beach cafe/restaurant and for golfers there is a par 3 course just 5 mins walk. We enjoyed our sunny stay using the lovely heated pool. Highly recommended.

Villa Linda was amazing , everything you need for a quiet , relaxing holiday , the swimming pool was heated , and very large , perfect for spending long hours in it , the water was perfect , clean and serviced every 3 days , we used the cover at nights to keep it warm. all the beds were comfortable and soft , there were 2 BBQs , we used it once and it was very nice , would have used it more often , except family wanted to eat out more .
The showers where very powerful , there were a few seating areas for different occasions , bit of luxury . and the villa had alarm system , which was very assuring , rooftop area offered an amazing veiw of the surring area , there was a clifftop and seaside withing 10 minutes of driving with trail that went along the clifftop and along the shore , and finally the owner Frank , called me before we arrived and helped us immensley through out , very nice people , , and the property management people were very professional and helpful , Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay at this super property. It was exactly as described and was well maintained and cared for, The pool was cleaned every 3 or 4 days and the gardens were well maintained. We had 3 visits from the cleaning staff during our 2 week stay which is certainly more than we are used too and the house was left spotless. During our stay we had a couple of small issues which Frank our host and Mariana at the property company dealt with swiftly and efficiently. There are plenty of really good restaurants with 4 or 5 minutes drive. We used the recommended ones from the guest book and were never disappointed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Carvoiero region,

We had a great stay at Villa Linda! The place was stunning, and clean throughout. Kids absolutely loved it!
We did have some issues finding the place, but I spoke to the owner and he mentioned there was a change in management of the property, so I think it was just a blip - nothing tragic at all, and it certainly didn't ruin the holiday!
To be honest, I should have checked in the first place before arrival, but just didn't cross my mind!
Either way, no complaints, gorgeous place, and had a call from the owner a few days into our stay to check everything was fine.
Highly recommended, and would without doubt consider coming back!

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful location . The villa itself is very spacious. The pool is big and very deep which was fantastic for us, we barely left the villa as it was so good.
We chose not to get a hire car - it was a downhill walk of about 15 minutes to Carvoeiro , some lovely bars and restaurants, we got an uber back as a good walk back in the heat .
We got ubers to and from supermarket, around 5 euros each way - Aldi and Intermarche about 6-7 minutes in the car .
Finally Frank was lovely, he was there to meet us and show us round the villa , we had a lovely welcome pack waiting with bread , milk , juice , ham , cheese, wine etc… that was really nice . Frank is brilliant at communicating and will answer any emails within 30 minutes usually. Would definitely return to this villa if we come to portugal again especially if you just want a total relax away from noise and everyday hustle and bustle.

We enjoyed our 3 weeks at Casa Linda. The villa is in a quiet area although close to beaches, 2 good grocery stores and the town of Carvoeiro. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the ladies, who came on a weekly basis to do a light cleaning, were much appreciated. We had a few issues but these were quickly resolved. The property managers and owner were very responsive. The kitchen cupboards and bathrooms could use an upgrade but otherwise everything was as advertised. Loved the pool!

The pool was awesome, the accommodation was very good with spacious and clean rooms - love the doors to the back space from every bedroom. Garden and outdoor space fantastic. Roof furniture would have been useful.

The villa itself is a lot bigger than it looks on the photo's it has plenty of space for 2 families with a huge pool, roof terrace and 2 great size BBQ's. This was our second trip to the villa and again we weren't disappointed with it. Lot's of outdoor seating and plenty of umbrellas to get in the shade when needed. The air con is a god send, and is in all the rooms!
We received a welcome pack on arrival which was greatly appreciated.
The only negative I have is with the check in process. We did ask for an earlier check in as we had an early morning flight but we were told this wasn't possible and check in was 3pm but we could leave our luggage on arrival. We arrived at the villa at 11.30am to drop our luggage off and the cleaning lady was there, we explained we were just dropping luggage off but she said she was almost done and we could wait outside by the pool for her to finish off so this was much better than anticipated. On checking out the cleaning lady came at 9am as we had said she was ok to do that, and she started cleaning outside ready for the next arrival, the pool had already been cleaned by 7.30am so I'm not sure why the management company can't agree earlier check ins for people with early morning flights when the cleaning staff are brilliant and have it all ready by dinner time?
Overall we had a fantastic time and wouldn't let the check in put us off booking again. The management company came to check on us mid stay to make sure everything was ok as did the owner and the cleaning lady also came mid stay to have a tidy up and change the towels.
Carvoeiro is a lovely place to visit and we would highly recommend the boat trip to see the caves from centeannes beach, the staff there are fantastic and we had the added bonus of seeing the dolphins on our trip.
The villa is in a great spot very quiet and private but only a 15 minute walk to a few restaurants and shop. I'd say about 25 minutes walk which is a bit hilly to the main beach, so a car isn't necessary if you're ok walking. There is a main Aldi and Apolina supermarket about 10 minutes drive away which we just booked Ubers to get to and from which were relatively cheap.
We had a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend this villa.

Just as lovely as it looks on the pictures. Frank and Linda were always contactable for any (Minor) issues. Frank contacted us on many occasions just to check everything was alright.

The Villa itself was lovely to stay in. Really comfy and plenty of room for a family. The pool is large enough for swimming and very clean. The kitchen has got everything you need to cook any meal.

A comfortable stay
Our 2nd stay at Casa Linda, as memorable as the first. Everything you need here and within easy distance of beach, uphill on way back (!), short ride into town or Intermarche supermarket. Quiet and restful which is just what we wanted after recent years trials. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful break.

Lovely location, airy villa and good pool but let down by old, tired kitchen equipment and pool furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms need updating and it’s a real shame that there is no good seating on the roof terrace to use in the early evening sun.

We stayed at Casa Linda in August for a week's stay. There was myself and husband our 2 boys aged 10 and 12 and my parents staying at the villa. The villa was excellent, it's huge and the pool and outside seating areas and BBQs we're brilliant. I can't fault the villa in any way we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. The Aircon was a huge bonus and this is in all the bedrooms plus lounge and dining room area. There are 2 bedrooms 1 double 1 twin plus a bathroom in one side of the villa then a third bedroom with ensuite in the other side of villa which gave us our own private space and my parents there own private space too. Every bedroom also has patio doors leading out to the pool.
There's a great retractable canopy over the main outdoor seating area which provides welcome shade from the hot sun if needed.
We we're met at the villa by Liz from the management company who went over and above to help us and make us feel welcome. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Frank whilst there who also went out of his way to help us have a great holiday.
The villa itself is in a really quiet location but still in walking distance to local amenities. There is a golf course with a bar close by and a holiday village around 10 minutes walk away with a supermarket and cafe and a couple of restaurants nearby. The main town is about 20 minutes walk away mostly downhill but there are taxis in the town to get back to the villa if you don't fancy the uphill walk back.
It was our first time visiting Carvoeiro having stayed in Vilamoura previously, but we will definitely be visiting this part of Portugal again.

Gorgeous Villa
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The pool area and surrounding gardens were spectacular. It was a lovely walk to a stunning beach which was also surrounded by great hiking trails. There was a wonderful beachfront cafe. The house was very clean and we loved the layout. It was perfect for our family of four. The property manager was very responsive. We would definitely stay at this villa again and hope to be back.

A lovely villa in a quiet cul de sac
We had read the good reports and we were not disappointed. The new agents, Geko Property were there to meet us on arrival and explained this beautiful villa to us. My 2 daughters were pleased as they had a bedroom each whilst myself and my wife had the spacious master bedroom. The pool is great. The 2 very minor issues we had were very promptly sorted out by Geko. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Frank, a super guy. We are definitely looking to return again next year and revisit what we missed this time around. Outside the villa the 2 BBQ areas, and 3 verandas are all wonderfully positioned. We had a great holiday - thank you Frank and also Suzanne and Liz.

Fabulous stay
Arrived at the property and we were met by Suzanne from the management company, she explained everything to us about the property.
We stayed at the property in total with 5 adults, a teenager and a 4 month old baby.
Everything we could wish for was at the property to make our state excellent. The washing machine and the highchair were a god send with the baby in tow. The management company called half way through our holida6 to check that everything was ok and if we wanted our towels changed.
The villa is absolutely lovely, plenty of space for all of us and the pool was fantastic and large. The man came to clean the pool on a Tuesday and Friday which was great and we just used the net ourselves to remove petals which had fallen in between. There are plenty of outside eating areas and two bbq s. A lovely roof terrace and you can see right to the sea. The outside grounds of the villa are lovely.
The villa is situated a good 25minutes walk from the main town, which we walked on a couple of occasions and then left the men to walk and us girls and baby got a taxi, as it was very hot.
There are lots of different places to eat and drink. We ate out most nights in different places and the food was always great.
The beach is lovely and there is a stage in front of it where they have live music etc going on.
We also went to the smaller beach which is a 15 minute walk and some of our party went on the kayaks to the caves.
There are some small supermarkets in Carvoeiro town which we picked a few things up from but we just got a taxi to the larger ones and stocked up, Intermarche, Jumbo and a new Aldi are a short taxi drive away.
This is our second trip to Carvoeiro and we love it, it was so peaceful at Linda and Franks villa but within easy reach of the town. We had the pleasure of meeting Frank as he brought a new outside chair as one got broke unfortunately.
It would be good to hire a car to explore the area more but we didn’t because of the extra expense.
All in all we had a fantastic time at the villa and we are already talking about returning.

Great holiday, great villa
We thoughrouly enjoyed our 2 week stay spending most of the days in and around the pool. Although we had a car we often walked into the town during the evening (Around 20 mins) and got an Uber back (€4 - €5). We arrived later than expected, around midnight but were warmly greeted by the excellent Gecko management team. It was a pleasure to meet Frank our host and send him and Linda our kindest regards. Both Carvoeiro and Casa Linda are highly recommended.

Excellent Villa in peaceful location
From start to finish my family and i had a wonderful stay at Casa Linda. It has everything you could ever need for a relaxing break away.
Situated in a quiet part of town but still close enough to enjoy all the amenities and restaurants on offer.
The pool is a fantastic size and very private.
The only slight niggle we had, was we thought we should have had a mid holiday clean of the villa.
All we had were the bedding and towels changed. No floors or bathrooms cleaned. We were left a duvet cover for a sheet and our beach towels were not replaced.
I would not mark my overall score down for this as it doesn't detract from how good the villa is.

Beautiful villa
Stayed in the charming villa for a week in July 2019. We visited as a family of 5 and the villa was adequate in size - in fact the pool was a big hit...!!
The town itself is really quaint, lots of beautiful villas as well as a local shop and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. We however hired a car which I would say is essential to explore the local surroundings and to get to the local supermarket (5 mins drive - too far to walk).
Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would like to thank Frank and Linda for letting us stay in their beautiful home. If I could offer any feedback it would be have a bottle of water stocked in the fridge for arriving guests as our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive until nearly midnight so was unable to obtain any water until we found a shop the next day - we left some essentials for the next guests so they’re not caught short - however, this is my only little gripe - everything was wonderful.

A great spacious villa - comfortable, clean and tidy. We didn’t venture very far during the day as we enjoyed relaxing by the lovely large pool! Lovely quiet location but walkable (15/20 mins) to the local town which has many good restaurants and bars. We had a fantastic time!
