Decent and the staff were great! Not a good night of sleep though.

Very nice and great breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable and AC basically didn’t do much. It happened to be pretty warm when we were there so the room was hot and we could never cook it down.

Don’t forget to bring your toothbrush

Location, room size, quiet, bright and cheerful.

Breakfast was so-so. Bacon but nothing to go with it? Eggs that you boiled‘yourself’ - after 25 minutes I gave up. There were no toothbrushes in the room, so we asked in reception if they had some (quite a few places do this now which is fine) and the receptionist gave us one each. When we checked out, the receptionist (different one) said we owed €6 for the toothbrushes- unbelievable! A cost was never mentioned the night before- and had it bee we would have got them from a shop. Needless to say we refused to pay but to even be asked to pay for toothbrushes (first time we didn’t bring any) and not be informed there would be a cost (and seriously €3 for a toothbrush) really put a sour end to what was a good stay.

wonderful city, the hotel makes life very easy with parking nearby albeit quite pricy

Really a great place to stay in Albi. I wonder how it compares with the Ibis in center Toulouse

Modern facility extremely well placed in city center to provide access to the great city of Albi. Best Ibis ever.

fantastic - we’d stay here again

location, staff, value for money were all great

the room was a little warm for my liking and the air conditioning wouldn’t change - that said, had we mentioned it to the staff I’m sure they would’ve helped so it’s my own fault really

Beautiful city and quality hotel

Location of the hotel, the room design, excellent bathroom with big shower, really good breakfast selection included in the price.

Our twin room was slightly small compared with the double the room we had next door

It’s next to an Irish pub, which has loud music, so unless you want to join in the music and shouting it’s a bit tricky to get to sleep.
