Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. Plenty of parking spaces. The villa has its own "paradise garden", where you can relax on a sun lounger under a fig tree or umbrellas. Direct access to the beach. You can walk to the city in a few minutes. Very nice hosts.

The location was perfect, walking distance to all restaurants and bars. Apartment had everything you needed. The views were amazing from the top floor apartments. Parking was a bonus. The area had lots to see and do.

I was disappointed

very nice garden with parasols and sunbeds apartment is for smoke people, for people with dogs its very friendly place kaufland and lidl store are 1min by car

- I chose the apartment based on a very good rating on booking.com, but I don't understand who gives the rating, maybe people who haven't tasted better housing or I really don't know, but this apartment definitely does not have a rating of 9.5! - when someone flush toilet in next room or 3rd floor you listening water going throw pipeline - washing machine at 3am morning!! - definitely there isn't private beach! - what else... on the beach everywhere are puppy from local dogs! Its disgusting (but this is local problem not problem owner of apartments) - this apartment is not for family with small children - ants in the kitchen (when you leave some food in kitchen hundreds of ants) - I was disappointed

Perfect.

We had a really nice stay here with my friend. The host was very kind and helpful (even after we were late on arrival) and the rooms were perfect. We had a beautiful sea view, the apartment was very clean and it's in walking distance to everything in Biograd. Definitely would recommend.

The facilities are amazing with a garden facing the ocean and immediate access from garden to the beach. There is also a patio with grill and tables, sufficient parking. The studio was simple but clean and well equipped. Staff and their family nice and helpful and speak good English. The location is really very good. 3 min walk to nearest bar, 7 to supermarket and about 20 min to the harbour, city centre and old town and farmers market

Superb

The distance to the sea was just a few meters. Nice, clean room, deck chairs and beach umbrellas in the garden, an area for grilling, a parking space and a kind owner Iva who always had a smile on her face. Good quality for a good prize. We will be glad to come back again.

We missed a kettle. Nobody came during our whole stay (3 nights) to take the rubbish, so we had to do it. There was just 1 toilette paper roll in our room.

We loved the sea view and private beach! The whole place is great, clean, hosts are very friendly. We had such a lovely vacation there. The kitchen has basic amenities but there was everything we needed.

The only minus was that the bed was not that comfortable.

Very friendly owners! We could get a free late check-out. Perfect location near the water. We also got a free of charge extra bed for the kids. Nice balcony

Only airco in living area, not in bedroom!! Beds very hard/ not comfortable. Bit expensive for basic appartment.
