Budget friendly, great staff

The staff were so accommodating especially considering we arrived from Bogotá after midnight. A nice employee welcomed us in and showed us our room within 5 min of our arrival. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, cheese, bread, an arepa, and your choice of coffee or hot chocolate. Really the rating is the value of what you get for what you pay - Hotel el Bosque is an incredible find for a budget traveler. Would definitely recommend staying for one night if that's what your itinerary calls for.

our mattress in 612 was caving in in the middle. Mattress probably needs to be flipped. could use a night stand lamp or something less harsh than the bright room light attached to the ceiling.

Very clean. Great breakfast. Coffe and tea making facilities in the lobby. Comfortable beds and decent location. Hot water in the showers.

No smoking area so you have to go outside which is not so pleasant at night.

Perfect place on a good budget

Our room was huge, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The location is great.

Neighbors can be very noisy late at the night, listening to music and singing. The walls are not think enough to filter the sound, I have been woken many times during my stay. But it is not really the fault of the hotel...

Everything was really nice. The people who work here are super friendly and welcoming. We arrived after midnight which wasn't any problem and Victor? helped us check in. He was great! Also the room was super clean, the bed was good, the shower was warm and really nice and the breakfast was good.

Wonderful

This hotel is wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to help us out and were so patient with us. The facilities are clean and the wifi was pretty decent (maybe slightly slow). Additionally, there is filtered water in the lobby, which was awesome. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great amazing hotel

I spent almost 2 weeks in that lovely hotel. First, the hotel is located in a great spot, close enough to city center but still quiet and tranquil. The hotel is amazingly clean, they clean the rooms and make the beds every single day. The breakfast is fresh and tasty with your own eggs style choice, and steaming hot chocolate. The staff is just amazing, so friendly and attentive. Guys if your are in Armenia, this is the place for you.
