Refuge from the busy city life

Magnificent resort uphill from Kotor with great views, pools and very helpful staff. Order a cocktail at the bar near the pool (it's only 4 or 5 euro) and the American hostess there (don't know her name but we call her the princess of the blue lagoon) will give you the best you ever had!

Location... It's 600m above Kotor, so a 9km steap drive to the center with many curves and few possibilities to let oncomming trafic pass. The road is 2.5m wide and stark dark.

Прекрасное и удивительное место, с нашей точки зрения. А путешествуем мы много. Особенно в сезон, после толп туристов и заполненных пляжей, ты просто попадаешь в рай, в окружении чудесной природы Черногории. Милош, Владислав, весь персонал отеля- просто стали нашими друзьями! Такую заботу о гостях, редко где можно встретить. Территория отеля очень большая, зелёная, ухоженная. На территории /даже при полной заполненности/ никто и никому не мешает. Вы всегда найдёте тихий и спокойный уголок для вашего отдыха. Виды- просто чудесные! Сама идея данного отеля в горах, проект и поддержание порядка- заслуживают отдельных комплиментов. Здесь можно действительно ОТДЫХАТЬ физически и морально. Место для релакса, без суеты и большого колличества отдыхающих. Очень чистые и удобные номера, удобные кровати с большим колличеством подушек разного размера. Есть небольшая кухня со всем необходимым, где можно готовить самим. Хорошие завтраки. Также можно заказать по меню обеды или ужины. Мы наслаждались нашими ужинами на закате, с видом на Котор, и это было счастьем! Сердечная благодарность персоналу отеля! Вернемся обязательно. Будем рекомендовать друзьям и знакомым. И...хочется там задержаться надолго. Уже скучаем.

Не минусы, а скорее особенности расположения и советы будующим гостям. Дорога до отеля, действительно несколько экстремальная. При незнании, лучше добираться в первый раз в светлое время суток. На территории отеля нет магазинов или киосков. Есть бар с напитками, а также возможность заказать обеды/ужины. Конечно, это стоит дороже, с учетом расположения. Если вы планируете там оставаться на несколько дней и никуда не выезжать, это нужно учитывать и просто закупать и брать необходимое с собой.

Exceptional

Amazing views, a panoramic pool from where the whole Kotor bay lies before your eyes, very romantic place. The staff was extremely nice and efficient. Fruit trees everywhere around. A lovely peaceful place.

A bit far from the nearest town by a steep winding road, but... It's the price for tranquillity. A separate kitchen in the apartment would be nice (fridge can be a bit noisy during the night), though it really was no big deal.

Pool was stunning with amazing views. Views are breath taking! Honesty bar was great.

Location is amazing for views but very out of the way. If you don’t drive it’s €20 to Kotor. The food was poor for the price we paid. Barely saw any other guests so was eerie at times.

The swimming pool was great. Also the staff was very kind.

The room was totally not what we expected The pictures on booking.com don’t represent the reality. We had an appartement for four with sea view and private terrace. There was not a comfortable bed for 2 persons and the private terrace was a pas way for other guests. The sea view was not at all the case.

Very nice view and very quiet place. There was not many people. It’s like private Villa. Looks safe. Good parking place.

Really excellent. A good location, apartment, restaurant and service. There are two basketball courts and swimming pools as well. Can't say more about the staff service, thoughtful and very nice. Also you need a car or it's difficult to reach the villa🤣

Great experience, glad we stayed here

Really enjoyed our stay, glad we paid the extra for the King Suite With View. The apartment looked new and in great condition. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. The views were a bit special. The staff were nice.

Maybe a woman's touch, or eye for detail, would be good in the apartment. Needs things like salt and pepper, ice tray, washing-up liquid, etc. In general the prices in the bar are a bit high.

I would 100% recommend it and again!

gorgeous views, wonderful staff, clean room which was very big with kitchenette, excellent shower pressure too! loved the pool. Breakfast was great! Vlad amd Milos we're exceptional !

It is about 25 minutes away from the town of Kotor and there is a winding narrow road leading to the hotel. you need to be a confident driver as there are your buses coming down the road and at times I had to back up for a distance so they could pass. Still worth the trip for the wonderful Villa!

We had a pleasent stay at a superb location with excellent bed. The staff was kind and helpfull. However, this definately doesn't deserve 5 stars. Just some feedback to make it worth it:

No standard daily cleaning. Only on request. No gluten free bread on request. All other accomodation we had in Montenegro were able to fix this. Breakfast was very limited. Just B&B level. No coffee machine in the room, and no coffee option in the bar also. Dirty smell in the bathroom. No welcome drinks on arrival. Limited kitchen stuff in the room.

Spectacular and special place

The most spectacular location. Felt like we were staying at someone's private grounds.staff were amazing for such a small team, especially Vlad a 23 year old jack of all trades who gave great service, showed good initiative, and spoke very good English. The views are to die for so peaceful. Lovely pool area and gorgeous grounds. We had a King suite so could self cater which was good as the on site food was a bit limited. We had a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. We rarely return to the same place but plan to come back for a longer stay in next few years.

Bed was a bit hard and breakfast a bit limited but nothing to really spoil an unforgettable stay.

Awesome! One of the best! :)

This is one of the best hotels that i ever stayed. It offered this balance in nature and was properly designed to offer isolation and privacy while staying there. The swimming pool was great, with the view of the Bay of Kotor! Also, one could walk inside the hotel area with Plum/Fig/Grape trees around and with great views of Kotor and the bay! The Sunset that I saw there while relaxing and enjoying in the Balcony was one of the best moments! :)

Its not that easy to get to this place (specially if you are new to the place and arriving in late cloudy/rainy/foggy and dark evenings..and dont have proper internet connection to navigate). Also, the narrow roads make it harder! But as they say, Great locations aren't reached that easily! So, apart from my first attempt to reach there, everything was great about this hotel!

Relaxing overall experience with stunning scenery,

Stunning location with spectacular views and awesome sunsets. The room was spacious clean and well equipped. The honesty bar was welcome. The infinity pool is perfect. Definitely a place to relax and unwind away from the crowded Bay Area. Others in my party appreciated the infused tea. The resort sorted our transport from the airport at an extra cost 25 euros. Good WiFi access throughout the resort but as i’d not sorted my phone usage before travelling had no telephone coverage at all and no internet access outside WiFi locations. The staff in the main were very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was disappointing only hot choice was egg and cold choices limited. No ability to have toast and the coffee was bitter. The honesty bar had no hot drinks and as a coffee lover I’d have liked all day access to coffee and possibly snacks. The catering facilities were not available until 3pm following breakfast. The property is in the mountains with no facilities around it and as we chose not to drive the reliance on Taxi’s was initially hairy. We eventually found a driver we trusted and were able to make arrangements with him via instagram. We were charged 25 euros (extortionate) for a soiled towel - they were unable to get foundation/tanning solution out of it completely- we offered to pay for the towel immediately but did not appreciate being called out around the pool area in front of other guests and just found the charge disproportionate. We were also charged 15 euros for one small glass of wine - a complete overcharge. Recommend you need a car to stay here if you want to travel about and get some supplies for your room.

Amazing place, staff is very helpful, beautiful view, rooms are very comfortable and very clean. We would have liked to stay a few days more!

The only thing that could be improved is the food quality at the restaurant (but at least there's a restaurant, and that's something that is appreciated!)
