Locatie curata, moderna, mancare cu meniu diversificat si in cantitati mari.

The jacuzzi appartment is fine, it has a nice view of the sea and a good enough size for 2 persons. The hotel is clean, family friendly. The view is nice from the rooms, the restaurant terrace and the pool.
The infinity pool complements very well the surroundings, especially that the beach is not very accessible (you need to use some stairs).
The staff in the reception area is very friendly, polite and helpful.
The food buffet is not very well planned. A lot of alergens are mixed within the food (alergen free food is not provided even in the kids corner). Eventough there is alot of food, the quality is poor, no atention to details, no atention to dietary restrictions etc. Also, I have doubts in terms of cleanless of cutleries, as well. No a la carte restaurant available, so if you miss the meal schedule, not much of a choice(than the provided snacks). Breakfast is scheduled too early and too short(from 7 to 9), no late breakfast provided, which is disappointing as late wake up is common on holiday and lazy weekends.
The staff in the pool area is more than rude and agrresive in tone, they tend to overstep their role and ruin your leisure time. The staff in the restaurant is not proficient in romanian, nor english and they might seem rude and impolite.

Overall we wanted and somehow managed to have a good, relaxing one night stay, with all inclusive, by focusing ourselves on the good things.
The majority of the reviews are pretty concludent, so you can make a clear idea of what to expect.
We've booked a room with sea view, but received the very last room at the end of the corridor on the first floor, which had only partial sea view; moreover, in the foreground, there was a full garbage container and the surrounding area was not very tidy either.
Despite that very disappointing aspect of our stay, we've tried to enjoy the sea and its waves, the sand and the sun right from the beach.

The room, the food, the staff, the pool..all were extraordinary! We had a great time and we will definetly come again. We came with a 10 months old and it was very baby friendly(special baby food and indoor and outdoor kids playgrounds).
The beach could be a little more improved. There is no wheelchair/baby chair acces(you have to carry the stroller in your arms quite a few steps).

Drinks were OK.
Vasps, again. I was here in 2018,2019 and now. Vasps were a huge problem then. Now not so, but still there were.

Location, room and food were excelent.
The swimmingpool was big , water worm and all clean.
Food was excelent and various , good taste.
I didn’t like the fact that people occupiat the places at the swimmingpool for all day , even if they wasn’t there all time , and we didn’t find ppaces . And they occupied chairs at the pool for each cildren (2 or 3) even if they staied one room, and they was at lunch, on the beach or in the room. They reserved chairs in the morning and then they were gone to sleep, or lunch. I don’t think is fair for those which are not so SLICK.
4.3
the cleanness
the wardrobe’s door too small you can’t fit your small luggage
the pillows were really bad (bring your own if you want a normal sleep)
the people who were taking too much food on their plates and after they were throwing it away

Though small, the room was spotless. The complementary wine and snack was a nice surprise for the start.
The reception area was nice and very accomodating. The personnel with few exceptions was nice, smiling, polite and helpful.
All meals had a good variety of foods and desserts, in between meals, the snacks were quite consistent.
The infinity pool gives a nice bonus to the hotel. It is very nice, clean and with an amazing view - great for holiday pictures.
While overall ok, the quality-price ratio is unbalanced, as the hotel prices are at the higher end for Romania (around 260 euro/night).
The room was a bit too small and claustrophobic and the balcony very narrow.
The first impression is that it is rather difficult to orientate around the hotel and its facilities, there are not straight forward paths.
Breakfast was lacking the fruit variety, as well as it lacked in variety of cereals/granola.
Beverages had a strange set of rules, with strong alcoholic drinks and sparkling wine served only during meals, while outside that time window, you could buy them from the bar. The variety of alcoholic drinks was poor even for the paid bar. Bottled mineral water was extra cost. The water from the water dispensers had a strange salty taste.
Unfortunaltely, the hotel had a lot of rude guest, the rules at the pool area were not respected- young adults/children were encouraged by their parents to disrespect rules, while the pool personnel did not have any reaction. The pool personnel seemed a bit distracted and with an attitudine problem (a bit rude and disrespectfull).
