Clean, comfortable and great location

The acomododation is great value for money. It is close to the beach Loznica, 3 minutes by foot. It takes like 15 min by foot to Punta Rata beach. It takes 10 min by foot to Baska Voda. It is very close to the Berulia Hotel. It is very clean, towels are changed at daily basis. There is tea corner in the room with fridge, toaster, water cooker, egg machine, coffee machine and plates, glasses ... -perfect for breakfast or coffee. The lady owner is very nice and helpful. You will have free parking lot during the stay.

The fact that we traveled with a baby and received poor and disgusting service tells you everything

The location is nice

From the moment we arrived the host “Kristina” had some sort of attitude when communicating with us. We traveled with a baby and unfortunately the apartment was not friendly for little ones therefore we left the next morning. We made Anton aware who works in the travel office downstairs that we were leaving. He was also the one who greeted us when we arrived, gave us the key to the apt. and helped us with our bags coming to and leaving the apartment. Later that day we received a rude email from Kristina stating why no one was aware that we we had left and how if it was not for the maid who had gone in to “clean supposedly” no one would know that we left. So clearly there is a lack of communication and leadership skills with Kristina and her staff. Moving forward she persisted on harassing me with unprofessional tone in her emails accusing us of leaving a mess.. we didn’t even stay a full 24 hours to cause such a mess. She then which is actually hilarious e-mails me a picture of a pillow on the floor and how we could have caused damage to the apartment. And it gets even better- accused us of having watermelon and garbage leaking on the floor. We left a bag of garbage on the table. She did not send any proof of this “damage” only a pillow on the floor. She expected us to clean the apartment spotlessly meanwhile we did not find it in such condition. The carpet wasn’t even vacuumed, there was a dirty blue blanket, the wifi was nonexistent, the sink in the bathroom took forever to drain. We told Anton that unfortunately this was not for us and we are going to a resort instead. Anton walked through the apartment in order to get the luggage. There was no leakage of fluids on the floor. On top of that Kristina has the nerve to brag about how she’s been in the business for years and only gets the best reviews and has never met such people in her years of business. We also did not receive a refund when asking politely. Only received disgusting attitude in return.

The host was friendly, the view was spectacular especially when eating the breakfast, room perfectly cleaned day after day.

Top accommodation in Brela

We liked everything! 1) The location is ideal - steps from the beach and walking distance to both Brela and Baska Voda centres. 2) Breathtaking views from the balconies and the terrace where a delicious breakfast is served. 3) The value for money is great, we had a bedroom and a living room, a bathroom and 2 balconies with sea view - hotels simply can’t compete. 4) Room were spotless clean, excellent room service 5) Great for kids- there was a baby bed, high chair and a play area with toys on the terrace Many thanks to Kristinka and Sandra for their hospitality!
