Good quality hotel short walk to lovely Durbuy. Very clean. Great value. Car park.
4.3
Parking en vriendelijkheid . Netheid. Klassevol. Nergens sporen van wanorde. Hulpvaardigheid personeel. Meer dan uitstekende locatie. Mooi en ordelijk terras. Aan rivier. Dichtbij winkels. Mooie nette bar met voldoende keuze aan drank.
1 matras die doorlag. Geen verwarming badkamer. 1 pistoleetje vonden we wat weinig.

Heerlijk verblijf, goede locatie! Via een berichtje deurcodes, inchecken niet nodig, top! Speeltoestel in de tuin voor de kinderen en een zelfbediening bar.
Bedden vielen iets tegen (en wij houden van een waterkoker op de kamer)

Mooie locatie, prachtige kamers.

Excellent location.
Nice looking hotel.
Sizable room
Our room had no airconditioning.
Breakfast was too expensive to consider (€20 per person per day)

The location is great. The rooms were well heated. The beds are good. I can not really judge the staff as there was literally noone, except for breakfast I saw someone.
Nobody at the reception when you check-in (it's a self check-in!). Breakfast was just the bare necessities...you could not grab extra fruit juice yourself. Also in the room, I was disappointed not even to have a bottle of water or so to be able to drink something. The interior is a bit like a hotel from the 80's. The stay was ok, but it's just the very bare necessities. Not the right place if you plan a romantic evening with a fancy restaurant dinner in "Le Sanglier des Ardennes"... for many people this may be just enough, but in this context it's just not enough.

Would just like to thank the host for all their hospitality during my stay. I was on my own and there were no other guests and the lady went above and beyond. She put on the best breakfast and found me a charger as I had forgotten my adapter. So helpful and friendly. It meant a lot to have a nice warm welcome in the terrible weather. Would definitely like to come back.

Nice hotel in a historic builidng on the river's edge right near the heart of Durbuy. Beautiful building and surrounding just outside the busy center / main road of Durbuy. Inside and outside bar and seating area. Very cozy and nice. Friendly staff. We were allowed to keep our car parked on the premises while we did a last hike after check out. Much appreciated.
The self check in and self service bar renders the hotel experience a little bit impersonal. But we guess that's becoming more and more common throughout the industry.

Very nice and pretty, in a lovely town, which lies in a lovely area.
The ceilings are extremely high, making it impissible to deal with bugs who get trapped up there. I can’t imagine it helps with the heating bill either.

immaculate property, self check in. warm rooms and some facilities but no staff. breakfast was immense. bike (velo) storage was on site in locked garage. staff were extremely kind and helpful with a smile at breakfast.

Location is quiet, has own parking area. Beds were comfortable and self check-in meant you could arrive straight to your room.
I wish I had known more about the self bar beforehand, it is lovely and we didn’t take advantage of it!

The staff is excellent especially Sophie. They helped us with everything we needed. Wonderful location with private parking. The large rooms and the hotel are beautifully decorated.

The location and the hotel itself were amazing. The breakfast was great and the decoration was beautiful, both in the room and in the common areas. The staff was very friendly as well, always helping when asked.
The wi-fi was not very good, missing the signal a lot of the time and with not such a good cover throughout the facilities. In this day and age, I think this is something that needs improvement for the future.

The bedroom was beautiful, breakfast was really good, and the lady was so friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was excellent. It was nice to receive the individual bag of fresh rolls and pain au chocolat and there was an excellent choice on the buffet. The Hotel was very quiet. There was plenty of parking and it was an easy and short walk into the town.

Great location close to town with parking. Room a good size and nice bathroom.
Liked the honesty bar with a reasonable selection of beers, was able to sit outside and enjoy the evening.
We hadnt booked breakfast but they were able to do it on the day we left which was nice of them
Everything was good

They have an elevator! The room was a good size with high ceilings. Good sized bathroom. Breakfast was an option. Located in a really good area, close to the old town city center. Private parking was free and really welcomed!
No one was ever at the front desk, had to call to get assistance with anything. Breakfast was paid, 14 Euros a day. The fold-out desk was an odd choice. Hotel seemed empty of people in general when I was there.
