Mooi gelegen hotel aan de Moezel

Mooi gelegen, mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel, kleine maar fijne wellness met zwembad. Ontbijt goed, fijn restaurant in het hotel. Hond mocht mee. Wandel- en fietsgelegenheid en bushalte meteen voor de deur.

Geen parkeerplaatsen, betaald parkeren. Zeer rumoerig zitje tot zeer laat in de avond voor de kamers met uitzicht op de Moezel waar ook nog eens flink gerookt wordt. Als ik dat had geweten had ik aan de achterzijde een kamer geboekt zonder de toeslag voor Moezelzicht. Geen airco.

lift naar beneden is er niet voor invalide met rollator. met de auto naar boven rijden om beneden een borrel te drinken.

Ich fahre wieder dort hin.

Das frühstück war ganz gut.Viel Auswahl.Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr eng aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Es fehlte an nichts.Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich.Echt Klasse.

War ein toller, Kurzurlaub mit Hund, der sehr willkommen war, was mir persönlich wichtig ist

Schöner Ausblick auf die Mosel und Weinberge, zentral gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Ausflügen

WLAN war nicht so dolle, was jetzt aber nicht das schlimmste war, da jeder gutes Datenvolumen hat

Elegantes Weinhotel in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf die Mosel. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Aufpreis für die Bademäntel. Ehrlich gesagt noch nie erlebt in einem 4*-Haus.

Ruhig und erholsam

Unser Zimmer hatte eine Kleine Terrasse mit Blick zur Mosel. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine tolle Sauna und ein warmes Schwimmbecken. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielseitig. Das Personal außerordentlich freundlich.

Leider war keine Wellnessbehandlung möglich, weil das Personal nicht fest im Haus ist. Man sollte bei der Buchung direkt nachfragen und Termine festlegen. Striktes Rauchverbot auch auf dem Balkon oder der Terrasse.

Perfect place to stay!

This is a very nice hotel offering great views on either the river or the vineyards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. The swimming pool is enjoyable and the basement is great for relaxing. Breakfast options are perfect. Good food and great support from staff.

Limited parking at hotel, but cross street parking just a couple of doors down, also standard for much of Germany. No problem.

Dissapointing: bad service

Breakfast was good and the room was quite big. The food in the brouwkeller was good as well, but really expensive. Wine is €6,90 and hot coco was €4,50!

The service was very bad! Very dissapointing! There never is anyone at the reception, there is always a sign "be right back". If you ask anything you get a very short answer, as if they actually dont want to help you. Since again there was nobody at the reception I walked towards the resraurant since I needed help, i asked a question at one of the waitresses, she looked at me and then she just continued working and walked away, very rude! The only place where staff was kind was at the brouwkeller, but upstairs at the restaurant ...They could use a course "how to deal with customers". O and the spa only opens at 14.30 untill 21.00/21.30, that's not mentioned anywhere online. We expected much better service from a 4 star hotel, very dissapointing.

Hotel with perfect view on Mosel river

Hotel was really nice with perfect view to Mosel river, room size was really nice and it was clean. Breakfast in the morning was good also, not as various as in usual another 4* hotels but everything was really tasty. Both hotel restaurants served excellent meals. staff was nice and friendly.

Our room was outdated, it needs renovation for sure. There were no bathrobes and slippers, we asked for it in reception and they brought it to our room, but in check out time turned out that we had to pay 3 euros for each. They didn't warn us that this things were not free of charge. bed was not too comfortable, it wasnt double as we wanted but two twins standing together. Mattresses on bed slipped at night and I fell between them few times.

A good short stay in a good family run hotel.

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly and spoke good English. First time visitors, sauna and pool was good.

The bed was a little hard, and we were disapointed that the salon was closed on the first day. People got naked in the sauna! YIKES

Breakfast was ok and employees were nice.

Wasn't the luxurious 4 star I expected from pictures on Booking. Outdated style. Felt the owners might not have really cared to make any improvements. Wifi was poor and no phone reception in hotel, although worked outside. No one available at reception in evening. Very limited parking, although there is a free lot accross road. Shower was very tiny.
