Einfaches, sauberes Hotel in guter Lage.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig, doch funktional und sauber. Das Frühstück war günstig und völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ein gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für ein paar Tage.

Charmantes Hotel in strategisch sehr guter Lage, sehr zentrumsnah

Charmantes Hotel in einem ortstypischen Gebäude, topp zentral gelegen: zwischen Bahnhof und Stint/Innenstadt. Sehr netter Empfang, alles sehr flexibel bzgl. Wünsche betreffend, Zimmer schön hell gestaltet, gerne wieder.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert, ich würde für 1 Nacht nochmals buchen

Super zentrale Lage, alles Sehenswerte ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sauberes Zimmer. Der Empfang war freundlich und unkompliziert.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, also wirklich winzig!

Simple but comfortable room in great location

It was a simple but comfortable hotel. The hotel is not a modern hotel, but they have taken good care of it, and recently painted the corridors. I had a single bed room on the 3rd floor. It had a good bathroom with a shower. The room had a nice small table where I was able to use my laptop. The hotel was very close to the train station and close to downtown. The breakfast was a reasonable price and had a good selection of rolls, cheese, meats, yogurt, coffee, tea etc. While my friends live in a different part of town, I would not mind returning and staying here again.

They do not have a 24h front desk. They tried to work with their customers to accommodate that. There is no elevator in the hotel to reach the upper floors. If you have any conditions where climbing stairs might be an issue, I heard them telling another customer to reach out when you reserve the room and they will try to get you a room on a lower floor, if possible. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Great breakfast and location, shame about the rest

The breakfast was very good - much better than I would have expected for a hotel at this price. There was a great selection of meats and cheeses. The warm bread rolls were very good. There was more coffee than I could drink. The staff at breakfast were good. The location was very convenience for the railway station - the reason for choosing this hotel.

The rooms were very, very noisy, someone playing music late at night was clearly audible in other rooms on the same floor. People arriving after a night out were clearly audible in other rooms. The lack of a 24 hour reception made check-in complicated and would have prevented complaining about playing music if that had gone on much later. The shower was so small that I decided not to use it but wait for the IBIS I was in the following night.

OK place

Good location, free parking, nice staff. We have stayed there at least twice before a few years back, and it seems to be newly renovated/updated, which was nice. Would stay there again i we go back to Lüneburg.

The breakfast could be improved. You had to book a time slot for your breakfast, but when you got there nothing was really ready. Seemed a bit unorganized and i doubt it was due to being fully booked since the breakfast room was almost empty. Fairly basic breakfast.

Good located, nice breakfast, nice people

The breakfast, for the price you obtain more than you expect. Proximity to train station but also to the old part of the city. The room is basic but I think you have all what you need. People was nice.

The door of the room, somehow like not secure. You can hear other rooms, but nothing that got me crazy. I think the hotel needs some renovation to make it more actual, but at the moment works

Comfortable and priced well for a couple days away from home.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms looked well maintained. The breakfast was also well organised and nice and varied.

The bathroom of the room I'd hired was really small. It has all the facilities like a shower and toilet but it was all quite cramped.

The room was extremely small, you nearly had to cross the (double)bed to enter the room. Nearly no space for luggage.
