Hotel in top Lage mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber, unproblematischer, kontaktloser Check In, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer (beides wird täglich erneuert). Schriftliche Anfragen werden sehr schnell und zuvorkommend beantwortet

Eine tolle Ergänzung wäre, wenn im Flur ein Automat aufgestellt wäre, aus dem Getränke und Kleinigkeiten zum Essen gekauft werden können.

Hotel close to the railway station and main attractions.

The hotel is close to the central railway station as well as to Altstadt (cca 15 mins by walking or 2-3 stations by tram). The hotel is also close to other attractions like the New Town Hall and museums. The self-check-in was easy - the hotel sent me a PIN a day before I arrived. Even if the check-time starts at 3 pm, I was allowed to check in +- an hour before. Although the hotel is based on self-check-in, someone from the staff was present at the reception between cca 9 am - 5 pm. The room was clean and comfortable with a window to the courtyard. The room has its own bathroom (I appreciate it is separated by doors and with its own window). The room seems to be small but for one traveler is enough. I also appreciate a capsule coffee machine in the room as well as the instructions (wifi, check-out, tips on close restaurants etc.)

Love everything about the hotel itself. This is the 2nd time I stayed there and I'd come back for sure.

The parking situation is really a huge problem. No street parking after 8 pm possible and the park house at the Leinstr. Is not a nice place. Dirty, creepy in the evening. The hotel should try and work something out with the closest park house so traveller's get a deal

Good value hotel in good location for a very comfortable stay.

Clear instructions for the self-service check in and building felt secure and safe and there were staff around in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short walk into town and there were great bakeries close to the hotel for breakfast.

City trip for young couple

We loved the design of the rooms, the beautiful smell in the hallway, the location and the easy self check-in.

It was clean, but just some small things were missing to make it exceptional. Cups were not cleaned in between the days and the trash can was not empty at arrival.

Superb

Great location right in the city centre, close to all cultural venues and train station. Comfy beds, clean, warm, complimentary bottles water and coffee. Nice cafes and restaurants close by.

Bed was just two singles with single quilts rather than a double. Lack of English tv channels (don’t know if this is something hotel can control, but when we stayed in a different German city we had more options)

Great location, really good shower and overall cleanliness was good. The bed had a good size and was comfortable. The contactless check-in and check-out was convenient.

There was a faint smell of cigarettes in the room and bathroom. One of the towels had a particularly bad smell due to this. Acoustic isolation was also only OK, we could hear the TV from another room at 1AM.

Easy to check in, clean. Nice old building with high walls.

Both mornings around 7 there were some very loud works going on close to my window. Also the room door was not well isolated. People arriving leaving were quite loud waking me up.

a lovely cosy place in a strategic (closed to Center and anything U might need/connected to public transport) and also quiet location in Hannover. perfect for any escape in the city.all utilities that U might need inside.super smooth check in/check out
