Good breakfast, kind stuff and close to the city despite the hotel is in a quite area.
1.5
There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.
The room was quite dusty. I’m allergic to dust and just couldn’t stop sneezing while I was in our room.
The breakfast was mediocre at best.
5.0
Large room, parking inside, very kind host
5.0
The hotel is in a quiet, peaceful area, but I can still reach the downtown easily and fast with the nearby public transportation.
The breakfast was also really good, fresh scrambled eggs were made upon request.
5.0
The hotel is in the quite and peacful area of Budapest, but still I could reach the downtown with public transportation within 15 minutes!
And the staff is super kind and helpful!
5.0
The hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet part of the city, approximately 5 kilometers from the center. Very hospitable hosts, extremely clean rooms.
The beds could be a little bigger (longer) and the room could also be a little bigger because the space in the room is quite small
4.0
Good location, close to tram station and easy to reach city center and other attractions.
Parking place at the location.
The hosts were very kind, also the reception guy helped us with many advices.
Good value for the money.
The parking place did not have enough space for all the cars but it was possible to let the car on the street.
A bit cold during the night, but overall was good.
5.0
The hotel is located in a quite location, with own parking place. In order to go to center can be taken an Uber/Bolt for approx 5000forints.
The heating is ok in this period (for a person who like warm rooms)
Nothing to mention

I was not able to pay with card.
4.5
The place was clean and well maintained.
Breakfast basic, but OK
Staff were lovely
A kettle in the room to make a drink would have helped
The coffee was dreadful. No proper black tea available.
English/Irish bring your teabags and coffee bags.
5.0
Really good location, you can easily reach the city with tram or bus, the stops are really close to the hotel.
Breakfast was also good and the room was really clean.

Really kind and helpful staff!
4.5
It felt like home, in the greener part of Budapest. Close to tram access.
4.5
Nice location, you can get to city centre with tram or bus quickly. Friendly staff, private parking.
You need to pay for air conditioning. Fridge was not really cooling. You have to pay cash at arrival.
4.0
The location was perfect for us
The breakfast was not good mainly because of the bread choise
1.5
we couldn’t get breakfast as it was an added 8€ per breakfast which we didn’t realise and the milk was gone off. the beds were comfortable though and the cleaner was nice. they also ordered taxi for us which was helpful.
thé communication was very poor from staff members. felt very unwelcome from the start. again the breakfast prices were unreasonable considering the selection. also there was a fridge in the room however it did not work. there was also a lack of plug sockets.
4.5
Decent hotel in a quiet area, clean rooms, very good value for the money.
Although there is not a 24h reception, the girl from reception provided us a solution to get in the room late in the evening.
Nothing to mention
3.5
-Room was clean
-Bathroom was clean
-Breakfast was good
- No check-in after 7PM
- No cards accepted for payments, only CASH
- I booked a room with double bed and I received a room with a single bed.
4.5
Attractive homely decor, very clean, near good public transport. Quiet location, friendly staff.
Would like fresh fruit and brown bread with breakfast.
3.0
comfy bed, good location, clean
Soundproofing is really bad both from the outside and neighbors; parties in the courtyard and no receptionist or other person to ask people to be quiet after 11PM. I had to choose between hearing party outside with open window and snoring neighbor with window closed.
2.5
clean, good internet
very uncomfortable bed
