Spoleto ē bellissima e da questo hotel si gusta ancora di piú

Bella, pulita, vicino al centro di Spoleto, una passeggiatina, con una bellissima vista dal meraviglioso giardino sui resti del teatro romano. Staff di accoglienza attento e disponibile. Prima colazione in una ampia sala con abbondante scelta

Ci siano ritrovati in una bella camera ma praticamente in un seminterrato, ma non voglio essere frainteso, avevamo finestre luminose sulla sottostante strada. Avrei preferito che nella scelta fosse evidenziata questa cosa.

Ottima scelta per visitare Spoleto

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro. Vicino la fermata del bus da/per la stazione ferroviaria e al tappeto mobile da/per il parcheggio Spoletosfera. Colazione abbondante, specialmente nella parte dolce. Non ho apprezzato che la macedonia fosse composta da frutta sciroppata ma è questione di gusti. Personale molto disponibile. Le parti comuni abbondano di divani e sedute, sistemati in modo da creare tante zone in cui potersi rilassare. Con la bella stagione si può usare il giardino esterno. Bagno molto spazioso.

Il dispenser del docciaschiuma era vuoto al nostro arrivo. Mancava un appendino vicino la doccia. La stanza era comunicante con un'altra mediante una porta, da cui passavano tutti i rumori della stanza accanto. Sarebbe stato apprezzato se ce lo avessero comunicato.

Perfect location, excellent hotel to stay , especially with a car

Location is perfect. 2 min from local highway. Good parking. Clean comfortable rooms with everything we needed, very good breakfast

The property provided good driving directions but would be helpful if they mentioned that we should not worry about TLZ sign a block before the hotel. This sign confused us.

Great hotel with views over a Roman forum

Great location, stunning views, comfortable room and bed, good bathroom, very good breakfast and coffee. Dinner in the garden under the trees and with beautiful lighting was very pleasant after a very hot day. Paid parking is available at the hotel but there is limited space so one needs to book.

Lovely hotel in an amazing place

The hotel was lovely and clean, it was in a good location and the staff were lovely and friendly. The room had a well stocked mini bar that wasn’t too expensive, we also had a big balcony with nice views.

The bed and the pillows were too hard for me, but this might be fine for other people - you can maybe change them I didn’t ask so that is my fault.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views from the balcony, great size bathroom, comfortable bed, cleaning was excellent, Safe was loose, not atrached to the closet panel, you can takie it with your belongings My only complaint is with the breakfast buffet is very light, cold, and not includes eggs, bacon, jam nor any meat protein The waiter was rude when I asked for additional options. He answered, "You need to pay extra" and when I respond, "that's not a problem" he never back with a nenu

An excellent hotel near the centre of Spoleto

Excellent location just outside the centre of Spoleto, with a carpark. Our room had a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. This is a modern hotel - everything works well. The staff were friendly and professional and quickly solved a problem with opening a suitcase. All major sites were within easy walking distance from the hotel. The continental breakfast was fine.

The pillows were a little too robust.

A beautiful city, a lovely hotel and restaurant with a fabulous staff.

The staff is incredibly friendly and is comfortably focused on ensuring that any concern or issue is resolved. As is almost routine this time of year, there was some renovation in progress and the elevator was not working. We were notified after we booked and well before we reached the hotel. There was a WiFi issue and the staff was quick to engage in finding root cause, offering alternatives, working one to one with guests and their phones. The issue was resolved within 24 hours.

We did not have notice as to the hours that there would likely be construction noise. There were times when the noise started before 8am.

A very good hotel, with friendly people and offering a superb location to visit beautiful Spoleto.

Spoleto is a superb location and the Hotel dei Duchi is superbly located to visit the town. The staff is friendly and ready to help, the room was quiet, clean, and offered a great view on the countryside. The most important monuments of the town are near and, finally, the Hotel is surrounded by some interesting restaurants. The paid price is good for the value of the Hotel. I warmly recommend this Hotel.

We had a memoriable stay in this property

It is a lovely hotel in a mordern building, which is different from many other hotels situated in very old buildings. The breakfast was served in the restaurant that provides fantastic views of the green hills, and the selection of the food and drinks was good. The room is quite clean and nice, and the bed is comfortable.

The wifi reception was not very good in our rooms, and the staff do not speak English well. The windows provide nice views of the hills, but it is not well sound-proofed.
