Hotel consigliato

Struttura molto bella, posizionata molto vicino al centro di Ciutadella, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. La stanza era ampia, soprattutto il bagno era molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i comfort (tanti kit di cortesia e buoni prodotti per la doccia). Personale cortese. Colazione abbondante e di qualità.

mancanza di parcheggio dell’hotel o meglio ci sono tanti parcheggi pubblici sulla strada gratuiti, ma è quasi impossibile trovare posto la sera tornando dalla spiaggia e mancanza di un balcone

Parfait !

L hôtel est à 5 mn à pied du centre historique et du port. Il est lumineux, calme et très propre. Parking non payant dans la rue. Le petit déjeuner est varié.

Everything ok, nothing incredible.

Everything ok here, breakfast was nice if a little basic and lacking options, especially hot food options. Pool was nice although small so difficult to get a bed. Room was nice, clean and bathroom was great.

Gym was basic, but without aircon in the summer means it was pretty uncomfortable. Unfortunately on our last night there was a big leak from the floor above outside our room, these things happen, noones fault I guess, but still a bit of a pain to hear water dripping all night. Not what you expect for 200€ a night!

Location is great, the check-in with a gentleman was friendly and quick

Decoration of the rooms is outdated and very very simple (for this price), leaking in toilet with noise of water 24/7, Shower rain water soaks most of the bathroom! The lady at check out did not even bother asking if I had a nice stay and was rather unfriendly. No value for money here.

Staff were so helpful, Catered for a gluten free breakfast once we asked. Location couldn't have been better. V clean and new looking.

A relaxing stay, at a pleasant modern hotel, near good restaurants & the old town.

Good location, near to the harbour & a short walk from the old town. Good breakfast…..very nice selection of pastries. Pleasant pool area. A personal hand-written welcome message in room, with some local biscuits.

No tea/coffee facilities in room.

Nice and comfortable, not far from the center

The place has a swimming pool, and a chill area to spend some time. Breakfast is abundant and good. The beds were comfortable. Location is quite close to the city center.

The pool water was very cold.

lovely property and friendly helpful staff

Property is well situated to the historic centre and the port of Citudella.

The bed had only a sheet. I was cold and couldn’t turn off the air conditioning

great stay, would stay again!

great location, breakfast included and all things that you’d normally have to request such as dental kits, sewing kits etc.

I stayed on the ground floor and could hear the chatter of people at reception and walking down the corridor as well as closing of room doors. luckily I had ear plugs so wasn’t so bothered

Basic but good quality and plentiful breakfast. Modern Hotel in a very good position to explore.

central location within walking distance from the medieval city and bus station.

We upgraded to a suite so we could have a larger room and outside space. The room was smallish and the facilities poor with only a cheap coffee maker that produced luke warm coffee. There was no shelf in the shower for gel or shampoo etc .The cushions on the outdoor furniture on the terrace were wet as they had been left out in the rain and it hadn't been brushed or cleaned so was very dirty. The whole terrace was enclosed by a high wall so the roof top view was obscured IF you could sit down. Felt we'd totally wasted our money for the upgrade.
