La comida del buffet muy buena. El trato del personal excelente especialmente de Susana del restaurante,siempre con una sonrisa y muy atenta.

The view from my 5th floor balcony. The pool bar staff for making the drinks nice and strong when asked. The lifeguards for being extra vigilant.
Size and layouts of the pools, can't take any large floats I feel the images provided online are a bit cat fishy , there isn't alot of space around the main pool for sun loungers , and is a constant battle to get a free one. I do wish hotels would send staff round to clear unused beds themselves to free up space for people itching to use this area with their kids. Rather then letting the guests fight it out for themselves. Food was very repetitive, not as much options as to what I'm used to seeing in your standard 4* Hotel, although the food there was to a good standard, just a lil boring.

The room was ok
The food appalling pool side filthy pool filthy no entertainment in the day very poor. sun bed wars in morning staff extremely rude no where to sit at hotel after midnight told you have to sit in your room worst hotel i have ever stayed in no where for children to play

I reported 3 or 4 times about the airconditioned, it is not functioning well. When we slept at the hotel in 2 nights, i woke up because it is so hot.
First the maintenance went to do it, but it was not sufficient, one of the staff in the reception offered me electric fan but she did not bring it to our room.
A very Hot Room!!!!!!
The comfort in the reception area or floor smells bad, everytime we pass by. We usually run just not to smell that bad odor from the bathroom, it looks like we are in the public area......
It is a public bathroom.....!!!!!!
When we come back in callela we will not choose your hotel, now we know...

The kids pool and slides.
They need more people cleaning around the pool areas because the guests are dirty. Its more a 3 star not 4. For the kids it is great. A hotel for children not to relax or 09

It's ok
I made a reservation in booking and paid for three adults and three children and when I arrived at the hotel they forced me to pay more on the pretext that I had not booked for my three children with us

The hotel was very good, not exceptional, but very good. Everything I needed was there.
Rooms large enough, clean enough with all that was really needed. Excellent shower, in the ensuite. Wish I could have had tea making facilities in the room, my only down point.
The food was absolutely fine. Reviews on here saying the food was awful? Not my take on it at all. Plenty of salad, veg, meats, cheeses and always some meat based meals along with the usual carbs/chips/pasta/bread.
Drinks such as beer/wine and carbonated pops were a bit of a pain, just one member of staff serving a few hundred people, so there was always a queue. Don't see why this can't be help yourself at meal times.
Food hall was clean and overall efficient.
Pools were adequate for the kids to be happy all day. Slides were good fun and the pool bar was fine. Usual snacks, burgers, chips, hotdogs, slushies, beer, cocktails. Bit of a wait sometimes, overall, good.
The location isn't too bad, not on a beach but its only 15 mins walk away. No views at all, it's in the middle of the street.
Sun bed scramble wasn't too bad, as it was September, but the usual towel reserving went on.if you could be bothered. 50 sunbeds for 300 guests, it's never going to work.
Good for kids, but nothing really for teenagers.

The food was very repetitive

The staff was very kind and did their best to make our stay pleasant, even among the chaos.
- too crowded, but when I mean too, I mean terrible crowded;
- in general, the only ones having fun in the pools were the kids, because they were absurdly crowded;
- the drinks were terrible in general, and served in plastic cups;
- lines to everything, even elevators;
- the breakfast food was OK, but the lunch and dinner were way below average.

The hotel was tidy and it had everything needed for a nice holiday. The beds were very comfy and the room was spacious along with the balcony. The hotel is located near the free beach which has an easy access via nice 5-10 min walk. The meals were very nice and local, which was a great touch. Staff was super helpful and nice.
The biggest problem was lack of availability of deckchairs at the swimming pool, which is quite small given the amount of people located in the hotel (located at 7+ levels of the building). This problem was also created by the people running to the deckchairs at the opening of the swimming pool (9 AM), and "reserving" them thru their towels for the whole day... This affected in a situation where all the places were taken by towels and no people on the deckchairs itself.
I believe that this issue should be addressed by the hotel management.

this place was gross. the bedrooms were horrible. the bedding terrible. the A/C non existent
everything.

Rooms were made up nicely each day.
Staff were friendly.
There weren’t enough facilities for the amount of people staying there. We were constantly walking up 6 flights of stairs with a toddler and baby and pram folded up because there was a large que for the lift. Our room keys stopped working daily.
We gave up on our all inclusive board and ended up eating out because the one restaurant was always chaotic.

Buffet brilliant-great to have freshly squeezed orange juice!
Three pools amazing for little ones and the water slides being open most of the day.
Mini club staff were brilliant.
So nice to try free activities arranged by hotel like foam party and kayaking.
Paid more for family of four room which was exactly the same as the other two rooms booked for two people. Room
Not quite big enough for four people.

activities for kids, good bedroom and good food.
too many people, the pools were full and are too small
3.5 / 5.0
The staff was nice and there was good variety of food during dinner and fresh orange juice for breakfast. The balcony was a good size and they have rack where you can hang your clothes, it was convenient for us because the kids love to go swimming.
We booked this hotel because of the kiddie pool, however when we stayed there the water in the kiddie pool was freezing cold. It is not suitable for kids especially not for toddlers, in the end we didn’t use it. The water in the other pool (for adults)was warmer, however it is too small to hold the amount of guests that they had, it was too crowded. One could barely swim. Also, on the slides there was no watcher and many kids were not accompanied by adults. At the dining, only water is free, for all other drinks you have to pay extra. One must pay 1€ for a small glass of soda which should have been included in the price. But they give free drinks though during breakfast. The mini club for kids as well is too small. It wasn’t nice.
Also for a picture with Mickey Mouse you have to pay 10€ and more if you want it with frame. To buy the license of the photo was not possible. One can only buy it printed. Overall I wasn’t very much satisfied with the stay.
I‘d rate this hotel 3 stars instead of 4.

located walking distance from many restaurants which made getting dinner easy since we did not have the all included package.
It was dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been mopped and I found a wad of hair behind the bathroom door.

The hotel is really clean and the staff were helpful..
Need to find a way not to use throw away plastic cups. Its really not good for the environment.
