El hotel en general está muy bien, en cuanto a las instalaciones, habitaciones, ubicación fantástica.

El aire de nuestra habitación la verdad que no enfriaba casi nada aunque estaba a 16 grados, pero bueno tampoco pasamos tanta calor.

Sitio recomendado

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y del pueblo.

El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien y la cisterna hacia un ruido bastante desagradable.

Buen hotel con deficiencias en habitacion

Buena ubicación, piscina y exterior hotel muy buenos, desayunos buenos

Sin puertas/cortinas en el armario ropero, sin espejo en habitación, sin tfno o timbre/botón para contactar con recepción si lo necesitas. Con el riego nocturno se mojaba la terraza (y la ropa/bañadores)

Außergewöhnlich Kundenorientiert, sauber, ruhig, in einer Top Lage ein Top Hotel.

Zimmer, Freundlichkeit, Lage (direkt am Strand und 5 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt), Auswahl am Buffet außergewöhnlich - es gab einfach alles, was das Herz begehrt. Eierspeisen wie Omelette, Crepes usw. wurden frisch zubereitet. Sehr gepflegte, saubere Anlage. Blick direkt auf den Atlantik, auch vom vollverglasten Frühstücksraum aus. Upgrade erhalten, obwohl noch nie da gewesen. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war der Kracher.

Open plan location was very good to both sea front and the old town of Coniel.Hotel is in great location and will certainly be back to sample the balcony apartments.

The peace and quiet was exceptional, the staff very friendly and breakfast manager and his staff were fast to respond to STF when water was leaking from hot water boiler.

A good place to stay in Conil with a great pool bar

Overall is a great place in Conil and I would recommend it to everyone. I would highlight: - Location: it’s close to the beach but also the city center. Amazing place - Pool Bar: the food is actually really great. We ended up having lunch there every single day - Breakfast: amazing breakfast. It was really good and even had a omelette station

- Parking: I would suggest searching for parkings nearby because even though there are limited spaces, the hotel reception makes it even more difficult. 2 weeks before my arrival I wanted to reserve a parking spot but I was told I couldn’t reserve it and had to call on the day of the arrival. I then called and was told there was a waiting list. The same situation happened every day. There was always a waiting list and nobody explained me how to be on that waiting list - Reception: one day during my stay I called 7 times in a row and nobody answered - Some rooms need to be renewed, my room wasn’t a 4star at all

If you are going to El Palmar beaches this is the place you need to stay.

The view from the upper deck which had a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was made it special.

loved our stay and will definately return

The room was nice, very clean and comfortable bed. the hotel is located a few mins walk to the beach and to town center. great food and the staff were very nice. Great beach views and great chill out areas.

The pool temperature could have been colder as it was very warm outside.

Not worth the money

Close to the beach, had a pool, that's about it

Things you need to know which we didn't: 1) bedrooms have two separate beds 2) pool is open 12PM to 6PM 3) Breakfast is rarely warm and the chef to make you fresh eggs has never been spotted in 5 days 4) ants in the bathroom

Fantastic location with great views. Great for couples

the room was a special offer but located very well. The pool is not huge but well managed and with good views. The location is for me the best between beaches and the town centre.

The breakfast is plenty but the variety is not great and there are some things missing in my opinion. I don´t want to say its bad but its also not excellent

I was looking for a nice room to relax but ended up with just a room so I moved hotels next day.

The location was great and close enough to the town center.

The bedrooms for a FERGUS resort were really poor. There was Ants outside the rooms and worse still inside the room. The walls are pretty thin, and you can hear everything from room next to you.

the old town was amazing and so were the beach bars as well as the beach

location and view were excellent and really loved the rooftop hot tub

The barman was slow and moody. The breakfast was not 4 star, poor ingredients. did not like having to pay a day rate for the premium sunbeds.

Very well located in relation to the centre of town and the beach. Breakfast and snacks were very good The pool is a fair size and has a separate children's pool; very convenient for parents with children from 1 to 3 or 4 years of age. Quite a lot of fish restaurants in the area

Very little as a holiday resort. That said some wall decor in the rooms would help

Relaxing stay at the beach near town

The location is perfect, just a few minutes on foot to town, yet quiet, and to the beach. The swimming pool is large and has a beautiful shape. Breakfast is good, there is all you can expect from a beach hotel. Dinner is also ok. Staff: good chech-in, entertainment was nice (liked the bachata lessons and the evening show) the cleaning ladies were extremely helpful and polite. In the restaurant, efficient staff.

For entertainment, Monday and Tuesday are declared by the hotel as “free day”. But free for whom? The guests that happen to be there on those days get nothing of what they expect from this type of establishment.
