Ωραία τοποθεσία μέσα στο πράσινο. Μεγάλοι χώροι Ωραίο φαγητό. Τέλεια παραλία και θάλασσα.

Only the beach is NEAR the hotel.
My impression of the hotel- its declining.
The beach is covered in seaweed, no one even acknowledges it. There is no way of exchanging your beach towels, which are given to you on your first day. We stayed for 11 days and were supposed to use the same towel for whole stay! The BeachBar is consists of few tables in shadow, but most of them are directly at the sun. It’s almost impossible to sit there and enjoy a drink at the beach. Also the staff at the Bar wasn’t very welcoming. The shower at the beach is present, but it doesn’t really work. It’s impossible to wash your feet before entering the hotel, therefore all sand is coming to your room. Cleaning is also bad. They clean exclusively at 13-16, when the temperature outside is the highest and many people choose to stay in their room and nap. The cleaning itself is also useless, as they do not clean the sand, they simply put it in the corner of your room. The internet works only at the balcony, with means that you cant even use it in your room without going to the heat of the balcony. The choice of food is very limited. After several days you get bored of the range of food.
All in all, it’s not what you expect at five stars hotel. Maybe before it used to be a real 5 stars hotel, but now its just shell of itself.

Staff and members very friendly, breakfast was tasty, the beach was nice also the location was suberb. Is ideally for families or you want to be in a nice spot in Chalkidiki.
Weren't provided with fresh towels or toiletries regularly. Cleaning ladies weren't reliable as expected. Wi-Fi had here and there problems in the room.

I wouldn't pay again the money,it's not 5* hotel at all

All in one, private beach.
Rooms are big and spacious.
The breakfast becomes repetitive.
One umbrella and two sun beds cost 10€ (it includes two drinks from the beach bar).
The beach could be cleaner.
The rooms could be cleaned a bit better

Excellent location, very kind stuff, children friendly activities, exquisite breakfast.
The “taverna” had also a great variety of food, in high quality.
High value for money in general!!!

Staff, location and food.
Our stay was too short.

it was in a beautiful location on a private beach. Great service from reception to dining. The manager even personally greeted us! Nice breakfast buffet.
AC wasn’t operating when we were there as it really wasn’t required due to the unusually cool weather, but they brought us a fan as we are sensitive to a warm room. The big beautiful outdoors pool is not heated either. I’ll have to return when it’s warmer weather to fully enjoy this place.

Location, breakfast was excellent
In door pool was not clean ,no matter there was very small number of turist they should maintain.

Well maintaned garden.
There is no soundproof room and printed house rules in the room. Walls are thin and noise coming from other rooms.

Unprofessional staff.

- breakfast / dinner for the masses but ok
booked at 210€/night with breakfast/dinner for 3.
Really really sad;
- we had to pay for sunbeds at the sea, which is absurd
- stuff seriously impolite at times
- min sockets inside and none at the balcony
- had a ramndom look at the cleaners' bucket and could not believe what I saw
- wifi was switching on/off constantly
- nothing to do apart from a small coffee shop/bar
- sea is mediocre compared to other chalkidiki places

Brach, taverna
Air-condition too noisy. Noise from wedding at the pool until 1 am, breakfast average and very disorganized serving of it, no lifts to 2nd floor room, room very average for star rating

reception staff tried their best
very disappointing, facilities need updating, room smelt on cigarette smoke, especially the lamp, took it out on balcony to reduce the smell in room. breakfast food very poor quality. Cleaning of tables not good..waiters will only wipe down the PAPER placemats instead of replacing with new paper...... Beach average, sunbeds all old & mostly broken and the sad thing is they charged 10 euro per chair....which in fact on their website "further questions" for customers they claim sunbeds included in reservation. we pointed this out to them & received refund.
the whole experience reminded me of a very old rundown smelly cruiseship

A great location.
Unfortunately the 5 star rating is a scam of this establishment. The reasons for every one reading this review to avoid this place are the following (and I am surely forgetting some):
The housekeeping is nonexistent as the cleaning people spend 5 minutes just to change the towels and never clean the toilet or the bathroom surfaces. Bed linen were not changed unless specifically asked for. Let me also address the bathroom situation. The toilet bin was not changed and we had to notify housekeeping. The ordeal of taking a shower with the water running at a very low pressure and turning from ice cold to bowling hot in a second, reminded me of my days of serving my tour in the army,. Not an ideal holiday experience while paying a 5 star hotel rate. Breakfast was also a disgrace as the quantity was minimal and because of its crowded surroundings in the dinning area, barely enough to start your day.The quality of food was also non-existent. The eggs, the only edible meal was immediately depleted and never replaced. Another unpleasant surprise were the towels and sunbeds in the hotel's private beach. They were charged on a daily basis, in spite of being a hotel guest, and only when I strongly complained about it, I got a management pass to avoid this irrational cost. I am sorry guys, but installing a jacuzzi bath tub and putting lights in the wardrobe is not enough for a being a 5 star. It takes some effort as well. Like, giving a decent breakfast, proper housekeeping, adequate water pressure as well as hot/cold water efficiency are essential A 3 star at best, although I bet there are 3 star hotels out there much better than this pitiful place.

The location is excellent. The beach is clean having easy access from the hotel.
I liked the fact that the location is isolated, so a very quiet place.
We had booked only the breakfast (which is not the best), for lunch and dinner we used the car for nearby locations.
The cleaning room was made after 2 PM (almost 3 PM), In that period we may have a rest.
The cleaning means that they used a broom to clean the sand from the room, they changed the towels and that's was all.
The linens weren't changed during our stay of 7 nights (it's incredible this thing, at the 5stars hotel).
The rust and mold can be seen in the bathroom( hello hotel Managers, please learn how to use anti-mold and anti-rust removers, it is easy).
The breakfast (you were only 2 times in the morning) is very bad. The coffee is extremely bad (I don't understand why they use soluble coffee instead of natural coffee). The food is the same every day, with no label (so, you don't know what you eat).
My advice for the Hotel Managers: do something to improve the food and change the cleaning program and procedure. If you keep these things your rate will go down to a maximum of 5.
The 3G/4G/5G signal is very poor. The wifi is the same(the signal is poor) in your room. So, another piece of advice is to improve the quality of the Wireless Internet, because the GSM signal is very low.

The refund was full in exception of 1 night and the staff were happy to help
The rooms are poorly conditioned, A/C doesn’t work properly. The bathroom is full of mold and dirt.

Only Beach. Nice and clean. Great Beach. But it is not related to Hotel. There is nothing to like about that Hotel.
I heard young people, who are doing entertainment, like playing volleyball and other stuff are good.
If you are lucky, food will be just bad, since mostly it was disgusting. Food quality is disaster.
WiFi does not work. 4g connection does not work.
Locker in the room is too small, even ipad will not fit. Staff mostly dont speak English.

Super location, albeit a bit isolated. A car is needed.
Pools are great as is the beach which is superb. Good position for touring all 3 peninsulas. Reception staff very good.
Room service was ok but glasses, mugs etc were not cleaned or changed at all for the duration.
Food was varied with lots of choice but don't expect traditional greek dishes,. It's catering to a wide variety of European palates.
Be prepared to pay £10 pp for a sun bed on the beach unless all inclusive. We went to reception and noted that at a 5 star hotel we shouldn't have to pay for sun beds and we're given complimentary tickets

The beach was really beautiful.
They rooms are really awful, the pictures that they are showing are from renovated rooms, when we arrived we were put in old rooms, the breakfast was catastrophic so I can only imagine what the people that had all inclusive felt. No vegetables besides some poorly cut and questionable tomatoes. barely any fresh bread, no toaster to toast the old bread in. They could have arranged the logistics around the pancake line much better, we stood in line 30 minutes every morning because the kids refused to eat everything else since it looked so awful. They cleaned the rooms whenever they had the time, so every third day.

The facility is old and is not maintained, sheets are not changed for the whole week, kitchen area is a mess and hectic the restorant manager (Oksana) was so rude to the guests
