Cadre nature
Restaurant très moyen, à éviter
Beaucoup de suppléments (meme l’eau dans le frigo alors que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable)
Impossible de faire remplir une gourde
Petit déjeuner très moyen (tous les jours la meme chose)

The rooms heat was broken and we froze all night the first night. It was 10 degrees Celsius in the room. We had to switch rooms the 2nd night, because they couldn’t fix it. In the 2nd room the heat was a little better, but wouldn’t go above 21 Celsius. I asked for some compensation for barely sleeping at all with my 5 year old and they did not offer any sort of refund or free meal or anything. I do not recommend staying here
The rooms are dark and the heat is broken.

Nos gusto mucho la propiedad, poder caminar por las pasarelas en la selva y el desayuno al aire libre

Fantastic stay in the Selva - would love to stay longer. Be sure to dine in the restaurant- solid menu and good wine list. The hotel staff was also kind enough not to charge us for the night we missed because of the airlines’ strike.
mmmm, a bit slow service: we asked the reception to fix the light at our balcony, nothing happened for 2 nights.

The breakfast was good and we liked the property. The jungle setting was very unique and the reason why we chose to stay at La Aldea. We also liked that a Iriyapu village was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property and our room were clean. We enjoyed sitting on our patio, reading and listening to nature sounds. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in a junior suite and it was really nice. it had an outdoor hot tub, two king size beds, the shower was amazing and the room was really cozy.
The breakfast was ok, I think it should be improved, adding more options. It was always the same.

The location was good and the style as well
The bath tub wasn’t working, I reported the reception but never got an answer and they didn’t fix it. It wasn’t offered me another room neither money back. Kinda sad. Still waiting on an answer from the manager and supervisor, but they never reply even though I kept asking. Kind of unprofessional behavior.

Nice and cozy lodge, great stuff
It is old, I had other expectations, it’s not so good as it is on the pictures, however it’s nice experience.

Being in the jungle with wildlife such as birds. The restaurant was amazing quality and value. The beds were so comfy. The staff assisted us every time we needed help.
The only thing they could improve slightly is breakfast. The first morning there were vegetables and eggs etc but the second morning was mainly sweet items and some basic other items.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice.
Tv didn’t have any apps on it. Pillows were super bad. They were very chunky and lumpy.

Reception staff and all the other persons working there: respectful, helpful and very polite! The location is simply amazing; sleeping in the jungle and having facilities around also. The food is very good!
The room was simply awful in the meaning of smell! Dampness (mold) and humidity. I started coughing during the night and in the morning already I had cough and irritated throat. It was better outside than inside. I have to mention: outside it wasn't humidity....so no excuses for the property. And the smell of dampness got even in our clothes after 1 night there. I wouldn't stay again there; a place to get mold. Otherwise the rooms were clean! But a big NO for enjoying a space in such a contaminated room.

Breakfast was okay, but lacked warm food options for vegetarians

the location, design and decor of the place. friendly and helpful staff, big and comfy beds, jacuzzi on the balcony with a jungle view was a very nice addition. pretty good food, thanks to the chef!
audibility of the place is high. if you have some noisy neighbors your night might be ruined like mine- we had some futbol fans somewhere around and the 2 men have been screaming all the night and the sports commentator was screaming from the TV. so that night was a disaster but we laughed about it of course. another thing is that they probably don’t have enough staff and the poor guys from the main dining room had to run back and forward to the pool bar to take orders there, while we had to wait for someone each time we wanted to make an order. they should have some online system to make orders i think. it would be win win for the clients and the staff.

The hotel is located in a small jungle, it was a great experience to live close to nature. I like little wood houses, breakfast was good, the staff as well
In the bathroom, there was dirty clay. It can't be clean, but it was unpleasant to take a bath. The main disappointment is the pool. I find it strange that only local people used it, then I understand why. It is not the first time I have felt horrible after going to Argentinan pools, they are usually dirty. Always! I hope in this hotel they looked after the pool, but no. Warning, not to use the pool.
I am not Argentinian but live here now. Used to more qualified service.
Also, I was sad that the hammock which was on the photo appeared only on the last day of our staying.

The location is very nice, as it lies within the local jungle / forest, but still easily and fast accessible by main roads.
We had the Studio room, which was very spacious with a large ‘balcony’ with a whirlpool, table, sunchairs etc.
The pool area is quite nice as well with a bar.
The breakfast, we would score it (3/10), can be improved. While it looked very nice from a far, it was a bit greasy when getting closer (e.g., the boxes for the marmelade were sticky and dirty),
and the food did not seem fully fresh (even though we came exactly at 7am when the breakfast opens). in general the food menu and quality has room
for improvements, so consider eating out in town.

the style of the hotel area between the rooms is great. it really feels like you are living in the jungle.
rooms are very spacious, comfortable and the hammock on the balcony is great.
the pool area is nice.
the whole feel of the place is very relaxing and calm.
lacked a social bar area. there is a bar by the pool but it isn’t that social. in the lobby you could get drinks and have drinks with your meal but it didn’t feel like a bar where you could sit and be social that much and service for drinks away from the meal was a little slow.

This lodge is set in the jungle so it was very peaceful and relaxing. The pool area is fabulous. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Fresh towels every day was nice. The hammock on our balcony was so high up that we could not get into it. The lodge is very cute and we would stay again. But maybe we would go into town for breakfast because it wasn’t a great breakfast that was included (except the fresh fruit was so delicious).
The front desk knowledge and helpfulness was limited. My pillows were lumpy.
