We stayed for one night while driving through France, the place was clean and felt safe

Fransk når det er bedst.

Smuk indretning og god beliggenhed. Super venligt personale og lækker morgenmad med alt hvad hjertet begærer af franske lækkerier.

Ved modtagelsen var herren i receptionen ikke særlig venlig. Han lavede fejl i vores indtjekning, men vi fik det løst.

Voor ons was het een tussenstop onderweg naar het zuiden maar dit is een plekje waar ik nog wel een paar dagen naar toe

Mooie locatie, mooie en ruime kamer. Alles leek net gerenoveerd.

Ontbijt viel tegen. Kunnen ze met weinig moeite iets uitbreiden en wat gezelliger serveren.

A hotel and location we enjoy small changes would make it amazing

Great location very clean and comfortable, garage excellent but must be booked

The lift is unreliable which could be difficult for those who struggle with the stairs. The bar is unmanned and getting a drink is not always easy which is a shame.

En résumé j'y retournerais sans hésiter

Gentillesse du personnel, hôtel très bien situé au centre de la ville, malgré le fait que nous avions une chambre vue sur la route aucun bruit dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner était très bien sauf que l'on doit donner le nombre de croissants ou pains au chocolat que nous prendrons.

Sans hésiter un petit frigo bar dans la chambre serait le bienvenu, l'hôtel a été entièrement rénové malheureusement la salle de bain est un peu petite, le lavabo trop grand, un miroir est placé sur la porte intérieur avec 2 crochets pour essuies juste au-dessus, pourquoi ne pas l'avoir placé de l'autre côté de la porte ?

Uitstekende locatie, goed verblijf.

Locatie is uitstekend, ontvangst was matig doordat er openlijk bij de receptie een klacht van een andere klant werd behandeld, maar wel fijn dat wij de auto tegen betaling konden parkeren.

Veel geluiden in de avond van een groep bij de bar, tot laat, dat was vervelend. Ook bij het ontbijt was de groep erg aanwezig met veel geluid.

Een teleurstellende ervaring in een mooi en fantastisch gelegen hotel!

De ligging van het hotel is fantastisch. Het hotel beschikt over een prima parkeergarage. De kamer is redelijk maar de badkamer is echt héél erg klein!

We komen elk jaar één à twee keer in Beaune en hadden voor de eerste keer een kamer geboekt in het Hotel de la Poste. Het hotel is afgelopen winter volledig gerenoveerd. Helaas waren de werkzaamheden tijdens ons verblijf nog niet (volledig) afgerond. In het gehele hotel hing een zeer penetrante verfgeur. Er waren nauwelijks gasten maar des te meer bouwvakkers. De kamer was redelijk maar de badkamer was echt te klein. Jammer, we hadden ons echt op het verblijf in Hotel de la Poste verheugd! Hopelijk is de renovatie tijdens ons volgende bezoekje aan Beaune helemaal klaar en is de verflucht verdwenen!

Made to feel special

Newly refurbished, clean fresh feel. Loved the decor. Parking for our group was excellent and with names in the spaces.

Probably because of the new paint, a little strong, but not a deal breaker.

Comfortable and quietly sophisticated with old world and friendly family charm.

Beautiful room, facing the hills and showing a beautiful little vignette of the surrounding countryside. Nicely appointed, generous bathroom; generous and well provisioned breakfast with beautiful produce ; Right in the heart of the town near parks, restaurants and supermarket.

The room needs some new pillows and is a little faded. But the hotel is a really lovely and well appointed establishment.

We got a room that was not remodeled. Extremely dusty and musty. We had paid for a junior suite. They had to change our room and I did not get the junior suite I paid for

no mini bar .., no shoe horn.. , no cleaning of the room by 14.00 hrs., (by which time we needed the room again) - this in a Junior suite!Also: no English-speaking channels on the TV and no sugar in the tray by the coffee machine.

We love Beaune and the burgundy area in general so very enjoyable

Shabby chic at it’s best with a great breakfast

Old world Charm, great location, Great staff. Secure parking

It’s a bit shabby chic but that adds to the charm. The rooms was great if a little tired , but the place is clean and we had a great night’s sleep. The staff were really helpful and the lady on the front desk recommended (and booked) Ma Cuisine restaurant which was brilliant

disappointing

Booking seems to be assigned only converted screed rooms. These loveless and tastelessly furnished rooms contrast massively with the rest of the hotel, especially the original rooms. In addition, Booking customers do not get hotel parking. So better book this hotel directly if you already want to pay a lot.

It had a car park at the back & a small garden

No lift or help with baggage up two flights of badly lit stairs. I tripped & fell on the way back down to the ground floor as I missed one of the steps in the dim lighting.

A nice hotel right in the ring of Beaune old town ready to visit the wine countreyside

The location was great, with walking access to the old town. A very nice place to stay for visiting the Grand Cru Route. The parking facilities were also very good.

Breakfast could be better as to service.

Looks good outside but horrible room for what you pay.. definitely not 4 star in quality or service

The location, looks of the exterior and the historic setting of the lobby. Unfortunately that was the end of the positive experience for us.

Staff attitude were generally quite cold. Only one lady was friendly. The rest made us feel like they were doing us a favour. The room did not reflect in anyway what was advertised on Booking.com (and I am referring to pictures shown for the specific room type we booked. The room is extremely dated and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps we were given the worse possible room available in the hotel. The bathroom had mold in the shower and the shower head as well. It is always extremely dated unlike what the picture showed. The desk in the room is in a horrible state as well.
