The Stuff and Team is friendly and the service is good. The Location of the Hotel is good. The breakfast is good. The whole outside area looks nice. The concierge service tries the best and is good.
The Rooms and especially the bathrooms are not renovated like mention on the homepage. The Hotelrooms are not on a 5 Star Level. The Hotelrooms are old and they try to cheat you with fake pictures on the homepage. We booked a stay for 7 days and booked a junior suite and they really put us on the "smallest and oldest Room" in the "normal Room" kategorie and thought that we will not find out this.
Also be aware which room you book and ask in advance because the only solution than is to upgrade to a bigger and "nicer room" for of course higher charge. The differences between the rooms in the same kategorie are also really big.
You really need to know which room they put you in. We stayed here with other friends and also there were super dissapointed of the quality of the rooms. For over 2000 Euro per night, this was the worst experience since ages. Better stay in Hotels in Saint Tropez like byblos, tartane, kube hotel. This Hotel i would not recommend anymore because of the "fake Picture" mentality and the fact that you book a "junior Suite" room and they put you in an normal Room. Thats not nice.

Location
Our room supposed to be 2 room. However when we check in they gave us a room with only 1 bed.
4.2
Delightful service , very relaxed vibe around the pool …
Also wonderful shower!!
The breakfast was very disappointing, very little choice and not what I would expect from food in France , quite substandard pastries , cheese, fruit , honestly the only thing we didn’t like about the hotel
4.2
Great Location, spectacular pool, very nice staff, great service, great food
Loved the shuttle service to the village
Not always easy to communicate in English

Beautiful relaxing place, like coming to visit friends or family in their homes. very nice and helpful staff. Exterior and interior decoration very stylish, calm and welcoming.
Our bathroom was not up to modern standard, but I think they were about to start renovating them. Also, the restaurant could have been decorated more ’cosy-ish’ for the winter season. As it was now it felt like part of the outdoor restaurant, only with the big windows closed, and with the same furniture (iron/metal) as outside. So I missed a warmer feeling in there, perhaps different furniture and/or more textile. The food and service was excellent! wonderful breakfast!

Very nice and understanding staff, beautiful area near the pool. Very tasty in the restaurant. Pretty good breakfast. Lovely fireplace in the lobby.
This is definitely not a five star hotel!!!
The rooms are in need of refurbishment, some have the strong smell of dampness. The sofa in the luxe or suite was tattered and unkempt. Housekeeping was poor. Dirty windows in the room. Every time we ourselves asked for the still water in the room. Cups in the restaurant were often dirty with a touch of tea or other drinks…

Location was very nice and the pool big and clean
Room was small, shower in bath very narrow, carpet around the bed was very dirty lots of smudge very unhygienic, very moderate breakfast ,cheese and ham cost €15 extra (and then €750 per night) shameless

The location, the beauty and the restaurant. Very kind staff and a fabulous sommelier!!! And the chef…. Should get a Michelin star!!!
All fantastic

a beautiful paradise hidden in the heart of St. Tropez
nothing

An Oasis away from the busy streets of St.Tropez, which was nice, but just a little too far away from the action. Loved the pool and pool area!
Breakfast was rather disappointing and disjointed. Staff were overwhelmed and didn't understand what a fried egg or scrambled eggs are, even though they offered cooked eggs.
4.2
Loved the Californian feel of the low built hotel, v nice staff, great breakfast, quiet as just out of town. Easy to drive to Pampelonne beaches.
Missing a trick not running the lunch bbq each day in the height of the season. 40 taxi to St Tropez and car parking fees a bore.
4.2
The choices for breakfast were good.
The gardens beautiful.
-My cappuccino was served by hand, no saucer or tray.
-The bulbs in the bathroom was burnt out.
-The wooden beams on the ceiling chip, continuous sawdust on the beds.
-The floors were dusty and not well cleaned.
-Spider and spiderweb in the toilet.
-The carpet stained and dirty.

Wonderful staff. The car service into and from St Tropez fabulous.

Old facilities, hotel needs to be refreshed and updated to current standard for a five stars hotel!
Staff was very friendly and professional.
Food was good.

Great location and a great place to say! Would recommend and looking forward to staying at this hotel again.
4.2
Very nice pool and lounging area, nice well equipped rooms, car driver to take you into and back from town. Best part of this hotel is the dinner Resturant and staff - they are excellent! The service and food at dinner is exceptional. The man serving food and wine at the poolside bar was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, it’s a 12 minute walk into town (downhill), slightly longer on the way back up. Not too far.
Customer digital experience is terrible. Payment links sent incomplete, then don’t work, Resturant booking and check-in links inoperable. Staff seem to object to Booking.com booking and refuse to amend anything without trying to understand the issue. Stock response, “change it on booking.com app!”.
The reception staff proved very unhelpful and dismissive in the pre arrival correspondence (told me I’d have to change room after first night, I objected and offered four alternative options, to which they didn’t bother responding, just repeating the fact they will move me!).
Everything about the breakfast experience is wrong. Coffee cold and the most bitter I’ve ever had, pastries sometimes uncooked, plates and cups cold, so everything put in or on them (eggs, coffee, etc) is immediately cold. Bizzare how bad the breakfast is when the dinner experience is so good.
Housekeeping team were using the corridor as a dumping ground for laundry and rubbish. Had to walk past this every time to and from my room. In a 2 star, this would not bother me, but this is not the standard of housekeeping I’d expect from a five star.
4.2
Location was in hills so no sea view. The hotel is a courtyard setting around a pool.
The hotel was adequate, not 5 star. Could use some paint and a refresh. Room was very small.
4.2
Breakfast was modest and okish but acceptable as they had kitchen closed due to covide case. Reception people were very helpful and polite. Hotel and swimming pool are beautiful as well as the garden.
The room was quite small and the terrace on the ground floor wasn't really offering any privacy as people were passing by just in front. Two out of three nights there were drunk guests at the pool at 3am making noise and night guard or reception didn't react. Shower had bad connection as water was super hot or super cold all of a sudden. Really not acceptable for that price or 5* hotel. It is not good price - value - relationship.
4.2
The setting of the hotel is very good, with an excellent swimming pool in the middle of the rooms and the lush plants and bushes. The breakfast was very good in a very nice setting. The hotel provided a very efficient limousine shuttle service to the centre of town. The hotel was also very peaceful. We were given a late checkout on the last day.
The service was not good. When we arrived we had to ask twice before they managed to get the internet to work in the room. The room was small and we were put in one of the smallest near to the staff entrance, even though the hotel was not full and better rooms were available (probably because we had a genius discount). The room was so small that we had trouble finding space for our suitcases. At the prices charged by this hotel one expects a good sized room, not a small dark one, with indifferent air conditioning. In addition, the first day the room was not made up until we went to dinner in the evening.
This hotel is expensive, has good and bad points, but in summary we will not be returning at the prices they charge.
