Ich habe am Vortag per Mail angefragt ob es möglich wäre ein Babybett in das Zimmer zu stellen. Als wir ankamen und das Zimmer betraten, sieh da, ein nettes Babybett mit einer absolut süßen Bettwäsche. Sauberkeit des Appartements war super gut. Direkt neben dem Gebäude gibt es einen öffentlichen Parkplatz, auf welchen 24 Stunden glaub 4 Euro kosten.

Wir waren mit Chemnitz rundum zufrieden.. 👍👍👍 das einzige was man ein wenig bemängeln kann, ist, das es ein wenig zu laut war, da wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hatten. Ab ungefähr 2 war es dann ruhiger 🤣 Sind einen Tag später nach Dresden in die Tannenstraße... hier war es leider nicht sooo sauber und die Ausstattung, wie es sie in Chemnitz gab war nicht vorhanden. Weiteres zu Dresden kommt in der Bewertung für den Aufenthalt dort.

Квартира очень уютная. Продуманная комфортная планировка. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания есть. Отличное месторасположение.

Super Lage, aber mittelmäßige Sauberkeit

Gute zentrale Lage, einfacher Zugang über Codesystem, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Sauberkeit war so lala - noch okay, aber ein Fegen/Wischen an den Raumrändern und nahe an den Möbeln wäre gut gewesen. Die Bettwäsche roch etwas nach Zigarettenqualm (auch die Frische im Schrank). Das ist für Nichtraucher unangenehm und für Allergiker sehr problematisch... Schade 😞 Wir wären gern wiedergekommen, aber so ist uns das leider nicht möglich

Excellent to spend a night

We really liked self check in and a big apartment. Also very soundproof, even though on intensive street you cannot hear anything while inside the apartment. And a nice present as well!!! Thank you. Parking nearby is 2€ for 12 hour or 3€ for 24 hour

Space in the apartment and location near great park and city center. It was clean, huge, warm and 10x better than any hotel.

The only parking lot I found nearby where I was able to park without my car being confiscated was not free as advertised (although not expensive = no huge problem). I'd recommend to add satellite view to the booking page that people could know where to park and where not to park.

A bit disappointed this time

Big apartments, comfortable bed, nice style, great location and very good price.

It is the 3rd time I booked Limehouse in Chemnitz, but this time I stayed in another apartment than before and the experience wasn't as nice as before. 4th floor no elevator, the bedroom has no light blocking blinds, we were up at 6 in the morning. In the living room the lateral windows were also not properly covered and there was way too much light. With kids is very difficult to have them sleeping late. I was always happy with how clean this apartments are, but this time I can't say the same. The carpets need a deep clean, there are things stuck in them. The couch, when extended had a lot of sand on the base. In the bedroom, on the floor a piece of condom packaging. I would for sure return to Limehouse, but if I receive the same room, will be the last time to book here.
