Estancia agradable para descansar unos días

Gran atención y servicio ofrecido por parte de sus trabajadores.

Infraestructuras algo descuidadas respecto a desconchones, pintura, etc. Que da sensación de dejadez respecto al mantenimiento para ser un hotel de 4*. Ubicación algo alejada respecto a la playa, aunque ofrecen un transfer cada hora para ir y volver. Al estar próximo a un lago en el campo de golf y un laguito, hay bastantes mosquitos. La piscina es algo pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel.

Realmente un resort, para ir a descansar y estar muy a gusto

La habitación súper cómoda en todos los sentidos: grande, igual que el baño, un aire acondicionado que enseguida enfriaba la habitación, con sillón, mesa, escritorio y nevera. Y la terraza de la habitación era genial, muy grande y con vista al lago y el campo de golf. El desayuno es genial, súper variado, hay mesa con embutidos, otra con bollería (había churros, fartons y donuts), y otra mesa con fruta. Buenísimo. Y si quieres algo que no encuentres, te lo preparan enseguida!

la opción de poder desayunar allí algo sencillo (tostadas y cafe) aunque no tuvieramos servicio de desayuno

Séjour merveilleux.

L’entrée de l’hôtel est majestueuse digne d’un grand hôtel . Les personnes à l’accueil sont très attentionnées et ont répondu à nos attentes. La chambre est luxueuse et la petite terrasse avec la vue sur le golf est un plus . Tout était parfait . Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Pleasant but not worth the price.

I loved that the hotel had three different restaurants located onsite. I like that the hotel had live music during the evening whilst having a meal. I like the spa area which was needed. The staff at the restaurants were very friendly and welcoming.

On arrival to our room it had a sent and the bathroom was not clean to the standard a should should be at. I had to request a change of room which the staff assisted with. To use the hotel towels for the pool you were required to pay a deposit of 50euros that is too expensive to rent the towels. The rooms are very vintage the walls in the bedroom had dirt and lots of markings from where items were moved and caused damage. This hotel rooms need refurbishing.

Class Hotel. Large rooms. Happy, professional staff.

Couldn't turn the AC off in the room, only by removing the key card activation master switch. It may have been possible but couldn't find the control (also didn't ask). Patio doors wouldn't lock but would be extremely difficult for anyone to access the balcony any other way so not a big problem overall.

Pleasant stay at Alicante

Beautiful rooms with a classic touch. Nice view from the balcony. Lots of sports and wellness facilities available for the guests. Beach is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Large parking available. Nice restaurants inside the property. Good breakfast with lots of different options.

Pool was taped off. Front door broken Woken at 6am by screaming men all drunk outside the window of the balcony No tea and coffee. Hard to find anything in hotel. We just went out instead

The hotel is very nice with a superb view of the golf course. The pool is heated and the water is clean all the time.

Fine place but room furniture and sound insulation is very poor.

The common areas, terrace, swimming pool, view over the gollf course. Staff was very kind. Parking on site.

The rooms are OLD, furniture has seen better days. Sound insulation is non existent, you can hear someone walking from the beginning of the corridor, steps and voices... So unless you have a deep sleep it will be difficult not to get waken every night. Value for money is poor.

I will try not to use this hotel again

In the 4* hotel, to use a gym you must buy a spa package.. This is abnormal.. Rooms old not renovated with smells, bed old with terrible pillows and funny blanket. No bathrobes and slippers no electric kettle for compliment tea or coffee not even mentioned.. And plus a cool Oliva restaurant working only from Thursday to Sunday..

Lovely hotel

- Hotel is beautiful and nicer than the photos, especially all of the outside areas. - Nice pool and restaurant area - Rooms are spacious - Staff are friendly and helpful - Nice, clean beach a 15 min walk away

- Guests were loud and rowdy at times, especially early hours of morning - Spa not open on the Sunday - Hardly anywhere to eat in the evenings unless you get a taxi 15/20 mins to old town

very clean and comfortable , breakfast was lovely with a massive selection and had a salad at lunch which was beautiful, cocktails really nice also , taxi rank at front entrance to which is really convenient

Great location for golf holiday

Great location for golfing, nice views from the hotel and comfortable, large bed. Free parking outside.

Worst is a kind word for this experience

This is probably the last time to use booking.com because you put wrong info about the indoor swimming pool and this ruined our last day of vacation plan in Alicante. The hotel does not provide this SVC on Monday. We paid USD 260 for a rubbish and old hotel just to use the indoor pool facilities. What made me mad is the day we waste in the hotel with our kids with no activity options and noisey two big old rooms with a dirty bathtub hairs remains on it. This hotel must have a four star in 1800. Booking.com shame on you to post such hotels with a false information.
