Eccellente hotel ma...

Splendido hotel con ottimi servizi, personale favoloso, pulizia curata, stanze perfette. Ottima colazione internazionale. Eccellente la pasticceria per varietà e bontà. Pizza buona. Il resto del ristorante non è al livello che si aspetta da un hotel così, da curare assolutamente!

Da curare il ristorante (esclusi la pasticceria e la pizza). In un ristorante cosi non vorrei vedere i gatti che si aggirano nel ristorante ai pasti.

מקום נהדר למשפחות. פארק מים , מגרש כדורגל ומלא פעילויות לילדים. הצוות אדיב , מקשיב ומקצועי מאוד מאוד.

Our second family vacation in the same hotel

The staff is excellent, rooms are cleaned every day, always clean and tidy. The room had a large balcony overlooking the sea, the location of the room was not far from the children's pool. Also, the complex of rooms was surrounded by trees, which in itself created a lot of shade and the impression of a forest. There is a free shuttle service every day for the whole day between the hotel and the nearby town of Hersonissos. The hotel has a car rental service, the staff is responsive and professional. Compared to last year, there are improvements in the Internet. The food is good.

In the rooms, it is desirable to make a slight update: colors, mattresses for more comfortable ones, bathtubs to be changed to showers, rather weak water pressure and during use it jumps between cold and hot water on its own. Chatel is desirable that the last return would not be at 22:50 but at midnight. In general, the food is delicious, but the Italian restaurant is not really one. The food in it is not tasty, the impression that it was warmed up in the microwave and not the first freshness. The staff is excellent. From 10 am, there are no more empty seats at the large pool. The price for renting a car is a little high, and if you lower it or offer a deal for a few days, then the hotel's obstetricians will be able to rent more. I still recommend the hotel!

GREAT ALLINCLUSIVE RESORT

Everything is perfect in this resort. The food is very tasty and very varied. Every night there is a different theme for dinner, e.g. Greek cuisine, international, Italian, fish, street food......The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is also very clean everywhere. There are plenty of bars for drinks and afternoon snacks. The entertainment group is excellent, they also prepare a show every evening, for which they really do their best. The resort provides a shuttle bus to the beach every hour. It is also good to go to the beach on foot, a relaxing walk of approx. 1.2 km. In the resort itself there are many pools for all ages. We especially enjoyed the relax pool, peace and quiet. For the younger ones, there are great water slides and fun at the main pool. I highly recommend it.

Bottom line , good value for money

The reception staff were really nice (especially Iro and Funy) and helpful. The village is beautiful and the view is great. The pools are nice and the water park is super fun when you have good weather ( we had some cloudy and chilly days) . The food was good most days , enough veriety. The rooms are big and specious. The shuttle to Star beach helps the fact that the hotel is a bit far.

The room lacks some final touches to make it more pleasant. The metal furniture is heavy and hard to move and gives a cold vibe to the decor. Also we had some problems with the room such as ants and the bathtub didn't drain properly. The staff tried to help and offerd us another room to our request but it was really up the hill so wasn't suitable. The cleaning staff came everyday but didn't really clean, just made the beds . The dining room is not so big and felt very busy and loud most days in the rush hour of the meal

We enjoyed our stay

The food was great, the rooms were simple, but clean and nothing was missing from there. The facility itself is beautiful, the staff was nice. We also appreciated the evening entertainment.

The location is a bit remote. Pretty much the only way to get around is with a cab or rental. The pool water was a bit cold (we visited first week of October, it was still warm, but I guess not enough to really warm up the water). There is no late check out (it's not advertised that there was to be fair, just fyi if your schedule forsees a nap for the kids). The wifi is non existent.

Slides were fun and the pool looked good.

Room looked not very clean, we had ants in the morning. Staff could have been nicer.

Superb

The rooms weren't comfortable enough. All the furniture is made of steel, there was hardly any room for the clothes or other stuff. However, all in all we really enjoyed our stay. Recommended for families with kids of all ages.

Great view from room, external views of property nice. Food quality and choice good. Water park great fun. Entertainment good. Soft drinks good and having kettle in room great. Comfy beds. Shuttle to town

Room condition bit run down. Alcoholic drinks ok but not great quality unless you pay. Need to get transport if fancy a meal out

The facilities and staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and especially with the kids. Really made the extra effort with you.

The pool wasn’t the cleanest as the week progressed but this was purely down to it getting busier.

very bad room, everything falls apart, pools water park and dining room is packed with people with no available seats at all since morning hours. literally you have to stand there. no vale for money!

I thing it meets the requirements of families with small childrens

room with sea view and friendly staff. Good atmosphere in the evening and at night.

location - must use free shuttle or car to get to beach shore or/and promenade. Internet - both wi fi and data very poor. Only one bar with very mediocre quality of the beverages.

(12, 7, 5) it was very nice holyday with 3 our kids, the intertanement team was so great - thank you very much for the good atmosphere and energy for kids and adults' the room - "family superior" was nice and clean - 2 rooms, cleaning everyday the pool is very clean, we loved aquapark and kids splash there is bus-shattle to go down to Hersonissos, and from the bus stops 23 and 23 you can take public bus to go to Iraclion (archeologic museum/airposrt) and Oceanarium, and Dinozauria- do not take taxi - the bus is very comfortable. there is Carting place near the Star Beach - it was great to play Formula 1 with kids.

Superb

We have stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is very good, a high quality 4 stars hotels. We have stayed in a family room with two children, the room was big, very comfortable and clean. The facilities are great and there are plenty of options what to do with children. The meals are very good with lots of variety. Great value for money, highly recommended.

I didnt like anything in this hotel. Everything is like 1.5/5 star The food is ehhh... the alcohol in the bar is the lowest and cheapest quality. The room was like 1/5. Its just really old and cheap in every way. The location is unbelievably uncomfortable... the car rent os way more expensive than in Heraklion airport... the aqua park is unused by everyone... so many other things to say...

Coacroaches in the room+on the bed

The location is good, the parking is comfortable with a rental car, the pool and water park is perfect.

Bad experience at last night with coacroaches all over the room including the bed. Horrible service from the reception that just spray pesticide and shouting on me to change bed linen by myself because it is the middle of the night and there's no stuff.

Exceptional

Excellent service, places in hotel are clean, food is fantastic. Personnel is flexible and nice. Animation and evening shows are on good high level. Highly reccomend this hotel!

The only thing was distance to the beach. The shuttle bus could have a round trip more frequently.

Food was great, staff were excellent, property was clean and well maintained

Our bed was terribly uncomfortable; mattress that sank in the middle and rock hard pillows. Loud music playing until all hours (family resort??) and guests completely drunk all the time (including waking us up at 4am) There was always music playing, at breakfast early, at the pool all day long… what we hoped to hear was Greek authenticity but instead it was R&b, loud dance music and the type that is not at all appropriate for children….
