Facilities are good but not maintained.
Room are nice and clean. Location is awesome. Please be aware there are many many steps, not a problem for us as we are young. It is not wheelchair accessible, they have a device to pick up luggage only.
It is not worth the value like many other recent reviewers are saying. Staff is not that friendly.They have alright breakfast but they have strict rules like from 8 to 9:30am and for that price they could put some more food.

terrible breakfast.
no home-made bakery products but only really basic croissant, bread and focaccia (this last not the typical one).
no attention for people with food allergy/intolerance.
really difficult to reach the room on foot and no soundproofing.
