Un lugar muy lindo en El Calafate

El hostal es muy lindo, cerca a la Avenida principal, la atención de Leo y de todos los que atienden fenomenal, lo hacen sentir a uno en casa (la gatita)

Que no tuviera TV la habitación, aunque realmente no fue necesario

localização, o hotel parece chalé, decoração, tem um restaurante, aconchegante e comida boa, os funcionários, parece sua família, dedicados e prestativo, apenas, sempre com intuito de alguém também ter uma experiência maravilhosa, a parte do banho do banheiro, pode ser melhorado.

The location is great. The staff is very nice and friendly, and they all speak goog English. Franco is awesome. The hotel is old but very clean, the bathroom and room were super clean.

The bathroom doesn't have a heater, was a little bit cold. The room had a heater, and it worked well.

Super friendly and helpful staff at a well located and quaint hotel

Leonel and Francisco were so, so helpful and friendly! The location was very handy and the rooms and hotel setting quaint and warm.

The place is centrally located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was very basic and sufficient. I couldn't expect much considering the amount they charge for the stay. It was appropriate for the place and the charges. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay with them again.

I knew from the start that this is not a 5 star hotel. I was realistic with my expectations. The very genuinely helpful staff made up for whatever was lacking. I was very satisfied.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They were always available and responsive. Did more then we asked to help in any request that we had.. The place is beautiful. The room is big and comfortable. The location is just near the city center but in a quite place. Breakfast was very good.

There was noise of steps from the nearby rooms, specifically from the room in the 2nd floor above our room.

There are 7 reasons I loved Kau Kaleshen. Leonel, restaurant, Leonel, location, leonel, garden in the middle, leonel. In fact Leonel is so fantastic, they decided to name a football player after him.

Staff was beyond helpful, Franco and Leonel were always available and friendly. Helped me booking tours and allowed payment at property. Was able to get laundry service quick and at a great price. Hotel is cozy.

Beautiful hotel with rooms overlooking a pretty garden, fabulous restaurant, friendly staff

Hotel was located one block from the main street, yet the rooms were very quiet, a bit like suburbia. All rooms face into the beautiful courtyard garden, comfortable common areas, fantastic restaurant and wine selection, good internet. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even gave good recommendations on the wines at dinner.

Shower pressure was not great and the shower heads required some decalcification. This was not too bad, and it is only criticism we can give about the property.

- friendly and helpful staff (Leo and the others)who went above and beyond on helping us with money exchange and booking excursions - cosy room and lovely courtyard (the photos on booking.com don’t do its justice) - great location - the restaurant (for dinner) is amazing!

This place was adorable, with a little courtyard and a little 'living room' to hang out in. The staff was lovely and helpful, booked our shuttle back to the airport. The restaurant attached to the hosteria was sooooo good. We had the cheese fondue and it was beyond amazing. Wine choice was great too. You won't be disappointed. Overall great stay.

Cosy and affordable with a good location

Very kind staff and a perfect location. We had a very good stay!!!!! And at a good cost benefit relation!

Will always recommend this hotel to anyone staying in el calafate. Fantastic hotel with a amazing restaurant. The hotel is very picturesque, comfortable and clean, with very kind and attentive staff. They have an amazing chef at their restaurant, with delicious, homemade, thoughtfully-prepared food and desserts. Their food is amazing and their dessert menu is incredible! They also offer delicious boxed lunches to-go if you’re going on tours during the day. I would 100% stay here again.
