Good Location

Location is Fantastic. Everything is Next to this Place. 7/11 stores 3 in 50 metres...food ..fruits...Tuk Tuk to Beach just next to the Location. Ms.Nikki, Ms.Fairy & Mr.Big are Execellent and Responsive. Only these 3 are Active. They are Asset to the Hotel. Room Cleaning is Fantastic. Balcony is Good. Tv Channels - Awesome. Rooms with AC of Pool Facing is Good. Room with Pool with will be Nice. Check In & Check Out.

AC are Not at all Powerful. Worst Wifi in Many area. Very Bad behavior by the AC Technician & All the Other Staffs in the Reception. My first Room AC was pathetic. No one Ready to listen in the Reception. The AC Mechanic just cleaned the Filter in the front and he is Everything is Perfect and All Okay in the Reception. Very Bad. Same with Wifi Technician. They should work with some minimum justice to their work. Ms.Nikki helped me changing the Room Next Day. But that Room Ac is Good but Wifi 🤣🤣🤣. Except the 3 - Nikki, Faiy & Big - The Other Staffs irresponsible and not Even ready to listen. Swimming Pool is Beautiful but the Water is not cleaner/Processed. Sorry to say....but this is the fact - Same Old Huge Men gets in without taking the shower.

Great location wifi works well Room cleaned daily with fresh towels and water daily Very quiet at night even tho it's central Great pool Booking.com works well with them I mean for the price and location u can't go wrong

Still at Sutus 1.

The location. Stayed Sutus Court 3 before, only stayed 7 nights before moving to Sutus 1for 21 nights.......where aim now

Sutus 3 ok ...I prefer Sutus 1.

good location and the aspect of the bar and overall is good

the rooms light is very dim, there was only 1 pillow and that was hard ... very uncomfortable

Great location, terrific staff and a good choice of rooms at very fair prices.

I've stayed here many times and have not been let down by the staff or the overall facilities

The room. I was given a room that had an outside verandah but that had been covered up by an enormous screen so there was no light coming in. This made the room itself very dark and the two down lights hardly made it much brighter. I went out onto the verandah but could only stay there a few seconds as it was really hot, mostly thanks to the air con but also to a complete lack of breeze. The room itself was fine, though the overhead fan probably needs fixing. It had two speeds, off and flat out.

I asked to be moved room they said none available but hotel was practilly empty not a good place to stay

this hotel was a really good budget hotel a couple of years ago now I wouldn’t let my dog stay there stayed one night and changed hotel

no hot water, only 1 plug socket worked air con was useless and door didn’t lock properly

Sutus Court is my go-to place when I visit Pattaya.

Rooms have a lot of table space so I can set up my laptop and work when I need to.

Good location

Good Location. Air con and fan were excellent. Cleaning was adequate. Pool was good with great children area. Liked the idea of hot water available for tea making in public area. Parking availability was good.

Toilet seat was broken in one room, in other room toilet was barely flushing and shower had very poor pressure. The rooms were old and tired. Drawers stuck. Fridge in one room was constantly going off as loose plug fitting. Pillows weren't very good. Sheet and duvet cover on first night were stained and didn't look clean.
