Nette kamer maar zeer onvriendelijk personeel.

De hotelkamer is prima, breed 1-persoonsbed en een moderne fijne badkamer. Parkeren op de locatie kost €5/dag, in een afgesloten garage blijkbaar €15/dag/auto

De prijzen van consumpties uit de minibar worden nergens genoemd, niet bij checkin en ook niet als prijslijst op de kamer. We waren met 2 personen en de ene persoon moet voor een klein flesje cola €2 betalen en de andere €3. Hier kom je dan achter bij het uitchecken. Overal staat benoemd dat er een inpandig restaurant aanwezig is waar wij ons op hadden verheugd na een lange reisdag. Blijkt bij checkin dat deze niet meer open gaat vanaf de dag van ons verblijf. Hierover is verder niet gecommuniceerd, op de factuur staat nog wel dat er een restaurant aanwezig is. Rare situatie. Ik had een eenpersoonskamer met airco geboekt. Echter is er op deze kamer geen bediening van de airco aanwezig. Bij slapengaan ontdekt en toen was de receptie onbemand. Bij de checkout aangegeven en werd zeer onsympathiek op gereageerd door de receptioniste. De afstandsbediening zou aan de muur bevestigd zijn. Nadat ze zelf op de kamer had gekeken bleek dat deze kamer de enige kamer was waar de afstandsbediening bij de receptie lag en dat ze deze bij checkin niet hadden aangeboden. Maar na een hele discussie was het uiteindelijk mijn fout dat ik niet langs was gekomen om die afstandsbediening op te halen. Volgens mij is het eerder een fout van het hotelpersoneel om het niet te vertellen, moet ik ruiken dat deze opgehaald dient te worden? Overigens zijn de hotelkamers vrij warm zonder airco, zelfs bij een buitentemperatuur van 15°. Tijdens het ontbijt werd op een niet heel sympathieke manier gevraagd naar het kamernummer. Kortom, de communicatie van het personeel heb ik als erg onprettig ervaren en ik kan het ook niemand aanraden om erheen te gaan. Verder is de locatie een behoorlijk eind bij het centrum vandaan waarmee je een fiks stukje moet lopen als je daarheen zou willen.

Good place to stop on our journey.

The hotel was very clean, excellent bathroom and the bonus of a small terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had everything we wanted - good value.

The room could have been a tiny bit bigger but it didn't impact our stay.

perfect stay for this value

location, comfortable beds, private toilet and shower with a normal door, view, tv set, are of the room, staff. Everything was perfect.

4 euro for parking.

Wi-fi connection in my room didnt work. I heard everything from other room. Parking on the street

Hotel on the pictures looks rly nice but in reality everything was awful and atleast 20 years old....Wi-fi didnt work in the room. My room was too far from the rooter. Wall between the rooms was useless, I couldnt sleep because I heard everything from the other room. They asked money for the parking so I expected to be closed parking but it was just parking on the street...price was very high for this 20-30 years old hotel...

We wouldn’t stay here again. it’s unfair they charged us so much money for what is essentially a single room with 2 fold

Nice hotel, comfy, but needs hot water showers!

Breakfast (at cost) was good, bed (single) was comfy and clean.

Very basic room, no coffee making facilities, but biggest issue was no hot showers on either day, which just isn't good enough.
