Not great for more than 2 people

Tasteful modern renovation of an old building.

Many maintenance and some layout issues: including broken sofa-bed, non functional AC cooling from the mini-splits, non-functuonal bathroom exhaust fan, no bathroom privacy (partial glass door), only bathroom is inside the main bedroom. Renter beware: booking.com listing made it appear that the terrace - with the wonderful view of the canyon - was a shared, accessible resource. But this is not the case. The terrace is only accessible from one of the apartment units and thus is private to that unit. Since the terrace view photos on booking.com were the thing that sold me on this property, learning that we could not use the terrace was a huge letdown. This actually felt like a bait and switch.

Great kitchen and bathroom, bedroom less so due to low ceilings. Good internet and toiletries.

Great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Very good location with nice views. Good wifi. Good selection of toiletries. I mention toiletries because many of our self catering accommodation in Spain did not provide soap for shower or shampoo.

We were in the top floor and the ceilings sloped downwards towards the end of the apartment. This became particularly annoying in the bedroom where in order not to hit my head on the ceiling I had to stoop. I am 5'3" ! Part of the living room also had some similarly odd ceiling configuration so you could not really stand in that area. No elevators and quite a few steps to get to the apartment carrying all our luggage. Finally we were not aware that the parking lot next to the hotel is for use by the city resident's only since it is considered to be part of the old town. This meant that we had to park there for only a short time to unload and then we had to move out of the old town and drive up about 1/4 mile to street parking. The same had to be repeated at checkout, move to the parking next to the hotel to load the car.

Good location in old town high up on the hill which provides nice view of the valley

No lift. But the owner was kind enough to give me the 1st floor.

location was great. amenities in the suite were complete. very thoughtful to provide almost everything in the kitchen. Will surely return and stay longer.

A brilliant place to stay and lovely host.

The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were nice. I slept really well. It’s clean and well appointed. The lady who greeted us was delightful and really helpful. The views from this property are amazing! I really enjoyed my stay there.

Having wooden boards in the shower, which are hard to keep clean, hence a bit smelly.

Great apartment with awesome views in the old city.

Host was great - provided all instructions ahead of our arrival, made it super easy and clear. Fantastic check-in/out process. Kitchen is well equipped. Views are unbeatable!

The bathroom has a sewagey smell. It's probably because of old plumbing in this part of the city. I don't think it's anything wrong in the apartment or the building itself.

Had all the necessary facilities in the kitchen.

Parking was not good, 200 mtrs uphill walk from property. Street parking. Not secure.

Good location in Cuenca

Very comfortable, clean, well furnished and well equipped apartment. Excellent location and very good value.

Parking might be a problem for some as it has to be about a 3 minute walk up the street. This was no problem for ourselves.
