Beautiful homely stay with great host and great location

Anna’s home was beautiful, great location on the door step of the heart of Pistoia. Anna is a great host with such a beautiful home felt very much like the Italian dream. Would love to stay again!

Exceptional

Very good location, an ancient building with gothic architecture, beautifully decorated room and seiling, old nice authentic furniture, lovely terrace, clean shared bathroom. The hosts - Anna and Giovanni - kind, helpful and supportive for everything you ask for. I felt at home.

Would recommend for a short stay!

The room was clean and spacious, clean sheets and comfortable bed. The location is perfect, in the city center, everything is reachable by foot!

Since my room overlooked the main street, it was really noisy in the evening and early morning. It could be a real struggle for light sleepers. The shared bathroom didn’t feel very clean, but maybe that’s just my personal view.

it’s shame because the location was nice

the room was nice and spacious

there was. no wardrobe where you hung your clothes and no coffe or tea maker as was on the booking the breakfast was at a bar near just 1 coffee and one brioche. to get to the room you had to climb 3 floors (this should’ve be said on the booking)

Noisy centre stay

The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn't served anymore in the place itself but outside in a not so charming cafe. The room was beautiful and big, Unfortunately located directly at the streets of the center of Pistoia what combined with single glass windows was unfortunately very noisy. I know staying in the centre will bring this as a downside but it has to be mentioned. The room was super clean and bed very comfy. Shared bathroom was very okay. Unfortunately for us it was not completely as expected but overall for sure not a bad place.

Very nice hosts, great apartement in a historical palazzo, centrally located, just a 5 minutes walk to the railway station

A bit noisy at night (a lot of bars and restaurants around the apartment).

Very friendly owner. We had a good talk. Good location right in the city center. Beautiful view from the window of the common room. Coffee and breakfast included. It is good in the given category, considering the historical style of the apartment. I recommend.

I would also include something salty for breakfast.

Our hosts were super lovely and helpful. The building and the apartment has a very special and amazing ancient atmosphere, also very well located. Our room was very comfy and beautiful. The bathroom was clean and nice. This was the best place to stay in our two weeks long journey.

Great place to stay.

Great and polite hosts, Giovanni and Anna. Convenient room and the idea of staying in an old tower was nice. The room itself had nice old furniture, paintings and a great ceiling . Breakfast was very good and included local well made jam.

An elevator would have been ideal since the room is on the 4 th floor. Sometimes you could hear noise from the street on weekend nights, since the house is in the center of Pistoia.

Travelling back in time

The breakfast was great. We were able to get the eggs per preference and salty options. The host was great; he helped us to get from the airport to the apartment and back. We rented the entire apartment. The apartment is located very well in the city centre. It's 70 steps to the apartment. Also, remember you are visiting the owner's house. The apartment was a very well preserved art museum with old books, art and furniture. There are small fridges available in each room. Definitely will recommend it.

Room with a view

A big old apartment divaded into a few rooms with shared bathroom. Breakfast at the wonderful terrace , and we got ( after we asked for it :) )both yoghurt , bacon and egg ! We had the big room with the four-poster bed and a fantastic view of a church. Many stairs up to the B&B !!

Great flat with lovely hosts in gorgeous town

Flat was beautiful and well decorated, hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, city was lively and authentic, value for money was exceptional - 10/10 could not recommend more.

Beautiful accomodation

The host was super nice, the whole place was like travelling back in time in Italy - a whole different experience!:) I took off very early in the morning (before 5), so i couldnt have breakfast and the lovely host packed me a little lunch bag with some food:)
