Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. With swimming pool. Rooms are big. With ref and free coffee. Near a market and mall. Affordable.
No free breakfast. No bidet. Toiletries very limited (no dental kit, extra soap). Aircon very inadequate. Have to fetch drinking water (no bottled water). Cable TV with limited channels and snowy. Swimming pool is dirty. No early check in.

Staff are good and attentive
As a three star property you don’t usually expect much and but this hotel can be better. The hotel was build for more than that. However the AC is room is making so much noise that you cant sleep peacefully, the side table clock is not working and the TV channel in the rooms has selected channels. Also there is no bidet next to toilet. Also in the room they dont even provide any water. The bed is ok but the pillow is not good or comfortable. The breakfast is ok but mediocre.

Room food service. Clean. Nice view. Nice staff
Staying for 2 nights, there was no room service, such as replenishment of coffee, toilet rolls. No iron in the room

I requested them to put it a welcome note

Location is great—very close to Iloilo must-visits, ferry terminal, groceries and SM Centers.
The hotel public spaces—lobby, pool, front entrance—look classy and elegant. The staff is friendly and helpful.
As others noted, the rooms need some work (as of 1/2023, when I visited). Insect issues, not terribly clean, and no mini-fridge in “standard” rooms. The place has great potential, if management invests in upgrading the rooms and providing a more comfortable experience.

The bathroom was not that clean, not enough toiletries. No breakfast even if we chose with breakfast. The staff was not accommodating.

The staff were pleasant.
We booked for 3 separate nights in advance.
The last night we just moved to a different hotel, because we couldn't cope anymore. We didn't ask for a refund for the last night because it was booked through Booking.com and usually the hotel wouldn’t give you a refund anyway.
1. Lots and lots of small insects like baby cockroaches, our 2 year old got several bites during the night.
2. The water tap only had water when switched to the left, none when switch to the right, which means after a few seconds there was only boiling hot water coming out of the tap, can't adjust it.
3. The TV channels were fuzzy, there was a line going down the TV (broken) and sound of the TV was terrible like a screeching sound when people talked etc.
4. The key card kept not opening the door and we had to get it adjusted at the reception twice, another time the door didn't lock when we pulled it out, we had to get someone to come up to fix it when we were going out.
5. The WiFi was terrible, doesn't matter about the weather conditions even on a fine day, it keeps disconnecting after a few minutes then you can't find it for several minutes again, and you can't lay down and be connected, you need to stand near the door to stay connected properly.
Also we couldn't even provide internet to ourselves because there wasn't even a 4G connection in the room, even for normal calls sometimes 1 bar sometimes no bar of signal.
6. It's not in a good location, when going out at the front entrance, you don't feel safe.
7. The pictures on booking.com were nothing like the room we got.

I like the place coz its near my venue. And there is a parking lot at the basement.
There was some cockroaches.. 😕😕we did not mind it because we did not stay too long there.

my booking was secured by my Visa Card. After an unfriendly start and when I want to pay I got informed that they took the money already in advanced WITHOUT allowance from my Visa Card. I name that a criminal act. I asked straight for the manager but over my stay no manager faced up, just useless arguments with the girls who run the hotel. That's not acceptable!!! I ask straight to return the budget but they didn't! Circle Inn requested first to pay cash and after they intent to refund the budget what should take 2 to 4 weeks. Double pay for a criminal act done by Circle In, that s a no go either.
The room was dirty, CR, corners, floor, windows, etc. I stayed over a couple of years many time there, but the serious service of the hotel seems to be over.
Customer Service doesn't exist in Circle In anymore
Steeling money from my Visa Card without allowance
Disturbing again and again and never run what they have to do
It was dirty, anywhere and I didn't like the dirty room
4.8 / 5.0
spacious room
no bidet
