We loved everything! It's very close to the main square, and very clean and cozy. The owner/manager was super kind and helpful, willing to come greet us outside check-in hours.
We definitely recommend the place!

The location was perfect! So close to the centre and it was exactly as pointed out in the pictures! The hostel owner came by in the morning to check us in and was really polite and friendly!
Absolutely NOTHING!

We liked that the room was private, in a good location to explore the city, the kind owner, and that it had a nice bathroom.
Not all that important, but how dark the hallway was at night.

The staff was very helpful, nice and flexible. The beds were great, the room even had a small fridge, bathroom was clean and location was also good. Would recommend when staying in Piran!

Nothing to note.

Very good location, late check-in possible
The room was quite dark and not very spacious

Close to bus station, shop. Very clean bathrooms and rooms Easy to find and perfect contact with owner
There was a small problem with WiFi, i was loosing connection all the time. For me kettle was missing in the room. Beds could be more comfortable but for 2 nights was okey

This accommodation is more like an upmarket guesthouse (or pension) than a hostel. I loved the proximity to the bus station and the sights of Piran. The manager/owner was friendly and very helpful. He let me leave my backpack for a few hours after I checked out. The accommodation was modern, comfortanle, quiet, and extremely well presented and clean.
The in-room fridge was a great idea, but it wasn't really cold enough.

Location, good value for money.
It would b good to have a kettle to warm the water.

Very good location, shared bathroom just for two rooms, clean
Very small room, no elevator

Very noisy bed, every move woke the whole house.

The location of this hostel is really good as it’s close to restaurants and the square.
The duvet covers had not been washed as one smelled of sweat. The room itself smelt like feet. It felt unclean in the room.
4.0
Very good location, reasonable price, air conditioning.
Bathroom shared between 2 rooms

Very comfortable and cute rooms, I didn’t see my neighbors) you just share the bathroom between 2 rooms, it’s very comfortable!

Many people may like the location. Strict center. I think the hostel is perfect for couples.
The announcement stated that Public Parking was available on the neighboring streets, which is not true. The parking lot is about 500m away. You can drive to the facility for 15 minutes to leave your luggage free of a charge. This is problematic when the host does not show up at the appointed time, especially in heavy rain. Note that the given price does not include tax

Great communication, brand new apartment.
Parking at Arze 15 EUR / 24 h.
The bed is soft.

AC was working properly, although there was a weird smell coming out of it. Fridge in the room was very useful.
The biggest issue is definitely that the bathroom was not clean enough, especially the shower. The drainage was clogged 3 out of the 4 nights I stayed there. Also there was no shower head handle, so washing my long hair was a bit of a struggle. The room also could have been a bit cleaner. Too bad there was no table (even a small one) where we could eat our breakfast. The last thing is that the "reception" took place literally on the street, where our host took money from us, and took photos of our IDs

Otherwise, the hostel is in a great location, in the middle of the city, so we didn't spend a lot of time inside, we only spent the nights in the room. The room was sunny and clean enough, and the bathroom was also nice. The price was pretty great, and I'm really glad I could find this place so affordable, it was just the lack of kitchen which was a bit disappointing. For this price, I think we got what we expected.
The website of the Hostel said that there will be a well equipped kitchen there, and also included a picture of it. I read the reviews, which also praised the accessability to a communal kitchen. However, it is very misleading, because the communal kitchen belongs to another hostel which is also led by the same company (if I understood correctly). So upon our arrival we were a bit disappointed that we don't have the option to cook for ourselves or even make a tea or use kitchen utensils, because the kitchen is only available for those who booked the 4 person room. This way I'd like to warn people that Hostel Piran and Pirano are two different hostels, differently equipped. Unfortunately this way we couldn't preprare the pasta, etc we brought from home.
Another thing which wasn't great that the bed was super creaky and loud, and it was very difficult to sleep on it, because it was so noisy we got up in the middle of the night when slightly moving in our sleep.

location, manager was super kind and patient. Also our rooms were ready before official check in and we were allowed to drop luggage.
1)communication could improve. mobile phone on booking voucher was from woman who actually was abroad, she gave us alternative mobile phone and that person gave us mobile phone from 3rd person, who was real human finally:) and gave us a key. So too many calls just for one booking arrangements/arrival. 2) parking options were not clear on booking voucher, perhaps we overlooked them. 3) bathroom had some smell so woulc be good to place there some fragrance oil (lavender for example).

Great hosts, they were very responsive/understanding and they made sure that I had everything I needed. All the basic necessities were supplied & the location is fantastic. Would recommend the place to any friends that may come to Piran!
As others pointed out, you can indeed hear every sound on the hallway / when people are opening and closing their doors. For me it was mildy problematic as I had to go to bed very early and I had some trouble falling asleep. There are notes regarding the silent hours all over the place though and, as I said, the hosts are very responsive, so it probably won't be a problem for most people.

Host Ivana is by far the nicest host I ever came across in my travels. The place is clean, and adorably designed. Location could not be better. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
