Villa Punta was literally across the street from the sea with nothing blocking the view and lots of windows to see it. The seaside promenade went right past it. The suite was lovely and clean. The proprietor was friendly and very helpful, sharing suggestions for things to do and restaurants in the area.

Perfection! Beautiful view, peace, quiet. Just you and the ocean.

I was there for 2 weeks for a yachting course, which meant I had to study a lot in this house. Most importantly it was soooo quiet, I loved that! All I heard was the sound of the ocean just outside my window, I could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves. This is the biggest compliment I can give because I am hypersensitive to sounds and this apartment was superb. The view was absolutely spectacular and breathtaking from every room at all times of the day. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for myself daily. The host was super helpful and friendly, providing me with more pans and was always checking if I had everything I needed. The heating was perfect. It truly felt like a perfect home away from home.

The WiFi is very slow and drops out completely every 10 minutes. The hot water can run out quickly if you're not mindful of your usage.

Beautiful place to stay for a summer holiday

we had everything we needed. perfect view - soft and comfy bed and a kitchen with everything we needed. perfect if you wanna relax and enjoy the ocean. if you wanna visit the city center I would recomend taking a bolt taxi. supermarket is in walking distance (10 minute walk maybe)

Great Zadar apartment.

Family run apartment and they were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic. Good bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Nothing really, if being ultra picky an oven/grill would have been a bonus.

Best place in Zadar

The host was the sweetest, really easy to communicate, he was also helpful and always smiling. The view was amazing, could not get enough of it. The apartment was beautiful, found everything that we needed. Great location - close to the beach, great restaurants, bars and a grocery shop. I am so glad that we chose to stay here! I would recommend and I might come back ☺️

The apartment is just great. It's not too big but very cozy and comfortable, well equipped. And the view is just perfect. Small beach right in front of the house. The sunbeds are included into the price of the apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful, speaks great English and German (I guess also some more languages, but I tried only those two).

This is a family run property and the personal touch is evident and very pleasing.

This is a lovely property, beautifully appointed with every facility you could ever need. The hosts were friendly and helpful and gave us a number of great pointers and maps regarding the area and sights. The view from the balcony was consistently interesting with a numerous variety of spectacles to enjoy. It was close to a beautiful Marina and restaurant. A handy bus route is nearby running a regular service to Zadar city centre. We loved the Strudel !

I cannot think of a single thing that we did not like.

Punta Villa Gem

Location was excellent with sea view, and the apartments were spotless. Nice surprise on arrival, given homemade cake and bottles of water as a welcome gift. Hosts were extremely hospitable.

Kitchen facilities were limited (no microwave) although this didn't detract from our visit. Walk to old town is approximately 40 minutes, but really nice walk with the added advantage of using the boatmen of Zadar to row you across the harbour. Tip: would definitely book a transfer. We were surrounded by taxi drivers, which was intimidating, at the airport and told the cost would be 700 kuna, we eventually got this down to half this cost. True cost in a taxi back to the airport was 235 kuna

Wish we would have stayed longer

Awesome location, quiet, overlooking the water. Gracious and welcoming hosts. Convenient parking on property. Great views. Enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets on the balcony!

Bed was a little hard for my husband. Street lights required shades, which blocked fresh air on warmer nights, but A/C was more than sufficient.
