The house was very clean and tidy. Warm welcome by the host as we arrived. Everything we needed in a private room.

It is in middle of a wood, quite . Plenty of walks around there.
Car park, bathroom sharing, no where safe for child to play.
Family room full items, boxes , bikes etc.

The location was perfect for walking , cycling and paddle boarding. Break was self catered. Close to the village.
Parking could have been easier.

clean and cosy room.
Nice hosts.
Quiet area, close to the national park.

This accommodation being in such a remote location gave the impression of tranquility, surrounded by nature. There are many lovely walks in the vicinity located in the beautiful Trossacks National Park. The rooms were clean and offered most creature comforts. Our host Ken was very friendly and helpful (including returning spectacles we had left behind).
As the venue was full that evening parking was rather tight but this is only a minor issue.

Comfortable bedroom with good facilities for self catering if required. Good eating out options within a short drive. Excellent location for accessing good hiking options.
Although there was a plug in heater option it was difficult to get walking gear dried for the following days hiking.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The owners were friendly (and the dogs were cute.)
The water did not get hot enough to enjoy a shower.
We booked expecting a double bed and 2 singles but there were 2 doubles which was not as comfortable for us.

The room was nice, clean, cozy and with a comfortable bed. The location is very nice. we went for hikes in the area, which was lovely. extremly frendly and hospitable hosts.

The host was very friendly and we were allowed to use all facilities. There were even some sweets in the kitchen!
The bathroom ventilation was a bit noisy in the bedroom.

It was a self catering arrangement with a shared kitchen and bathroom peaceful location close to village facilities.
Not much option for those wishing to eat out without transport though the local cafe served a good selection of food between 10.00-5.00pm
Very noisy with other guests on the first night!

Very conveniently located for us on our cycle ride along the NCN route 7. Comfortable room with good facilities. Very helpful hosts.
Not much to dislike. Not close to restaurants for an evening meal but there was a kitchen and the Broch Café in the village does a fabulous breakfast.

Locations was great for the town & Rob Roy Way walk which we were doing. Ken was a great host and made us feel very welcome.

The solitude, close to nature.
We were lucky as we were the only people there so we had the bathroom all to ourselves. We might have felt less comfortable if we met someone in the middle of the night.

Ken is lovely, very welcoming and happy to help
Sharing a bathroom isn’t ideal but no biggie

When arrived we found parking difficult due to the number of owbers old cars parked. The bedroom was at one end of the property not really suited to wheelchair access, with a disabled shower the opposite end of the property. There was a lack of teabags and sugar in the shared kitchen
Parking, not a property suitable for wheelchair user

Was a great location in the Loch Lomond National Park, great start to our break way. Ken the host was inviting, informative and attentive. Dogs were lovely and did not malt, so great for the Doggo fanatics and the property is also ideal for the non dog lovers among us. Impressive collection of SAAB’s outside the property, showing he was ever the Swedish Car enthusiast like myself.
Only disappointment was the unpredictable Scottish weather which you cannot dictate.

Amazing value! For the price range, this goes above above and beyond any expectation. Location was great for us, stunning scenery all
around (see photo from the view point right above Sir Andrew Murray House). Ken & Mandy couldn’t have been more lovely hosts, relaxed, so friendly and helpful with advice on places to visit so we got the most out of our stay. As self catering accommodation, we had all we needed kitchen wise and places to eat inside or outside to suit. The room was a lovely size, clean, plenty of storage, super comfy bed and bathroom was great too. Ken even helped us change a tyre on our car, and replaced the lock I broke at the drop of a hat!
We loved our stay. Thank you!

We didn’t arrive til late as we’d had a long drive, but the owner was great. It was very peaceful with lovely nature around. The room was spotless and the whole place smelled amazing. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix on the TV.
Upon departure we were asked if we’d slept well and that everything was okay, which it was.
Would definitely stay again.
