Great location. Needs a bit of detail attention.

Location and kitchen amenities. Decor was very on point.

Cleanliness of bathrooms in and out of condo. Beds were not comfy and slid around on the floor.

Never book with Vacasa

THE BEACH.

I booked my room through Booking.com. And i was given the offer to pay more for a Terrace room. So i did and my confirmation came back for room 104 terrace room which means ground floor. Then i received a confirmation for room 604 baloney room. So i called Vacasa to get it corrected and what a joke you cant talk to anyone. I emailed, texted, called. Finally i get someone and they said to call booking.com which was just to blow me off. I needed to have a ground floor room because i have a bad knee. Long story short. Had to stay with 6th floor. After weekend was over went to the emergency room for my knee. I have all the documentation for the rooms being switched, my knee and all the pictures of this nasty room they put us in. What a terrible company Vacasa is. The first picture is of a cockroach under the glass in the hall picture. Do not stay at a Vacasa property. What a joke.

Over it wasn’t terrible, and enjoyed the beach and weather.

The decorations were nice and The beach at the property was beautiful

The microwave didn’t work and blew the breaker when you tried to use it, the washing machine didn’t spin the clothes out and the dryer vent didn’t stay in and the floor look like it hadn’t been moped. I notified property and they didn’t contact me to come fix it until a day before I was leaving . I was there 6 days.

We had a wonderful vacation all in all. The condo really needs updated.

there was no breakfast at this location. We made our own and it was great!

The condo needs updated really bad, couch back pillows had broken zippers with stuffing all coming out. Wall paper on walls hanging off, master bathroom needs updated vanity and toilet are so short its like sitting on the floor and a toddler sink level. Lamps in master neither one worked. One could of needed a light bulb, but the other did not have a knob to turn on and off if was missing. Chairs on balcony seats are hanging on by a thread making you scared to sit in them. wood furniture (coffee table, small vanity in master under tv )is falling apart and so wobbly your afraid to touch. Condo needs cleaned alot better between guest. Beautiful view of the beach and location!

Family Vacation

How close everything was to the room. Pool side view. Very short walk to the beach.

Only thing I didn't like was having to load everything up and come back home, wish we could have stayed longer.

It was great stay. Very nice location.

The condo is real beachfront, very nice location. Swimming pool is so clean. The unit itself is clean.

The aircon is not working well. Hope they can check the AC. It became very hot in our second and third night. There is no ceiling fan in the living area nor in the dining area.

With your help as well as Vacasa's, we were able to move elsewhere and not have to suffer more!

This unit is close to the road overlooking a garage or a warehouse below. It is surprising that you classify it as an "ocean view" unit and are able to charge $279 a night for it... At best, it is worth as much as a room in Motel 6.

plenty space for family of 5. Ground floor unit has pool/beach access through patio, very convenient. Large bedrooms. Plenty parking. Attentive management. Property has large beach frontage for its size, hardly crowded even at peak times. Free set of chairs/umbrella daily.

Amazing

Everything was great! Location was great. Our view to the beach was adequate, had a side view out the balcony but you could see it and hear it. Kids still loved it as did we! Decor was great, not overwhelming beachy as some can be! They were working on the elevators during our stay so sometimes the one that was operating was slow but they did their best! They were accommodating. We had issues on our journey up combined with weather so we ended up staying an extra day and we were able to work with booking.com and the property to book our room an extra day since it was available with no effort at our original booking rate. We will definitely look to book and stay there again!!! Loved it through and through!!!!

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like. Get your own TP and it is helpful to get a small thing of laundry pods and dryer sheets. I hadn’t planned on doing laundry but found it to be very helpful and loved not having a huge load of clothes when I got home lol. Get trash bags too. We didn’t use the dishwasher until the end but they do provide 2 pods for that.

Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi Bathroom doors wouldn't lock One bathtub metal drain stopper was broke and fell into the tub while someone was taking a bath and she thought she broke it, but it was already barely hanging on. Had looked on internet for a beach front condo, thought from photos that balcony faced the ocean, but it didn't. Before we got here, I received about 10 emails and 5 text messages, yet when I called about the wifi, the man couldn't help, but said that he put in a work order and they would call me within an hour, but never received a call, or text message or anything after we got to resort. I was very disappointed.

Nothing I rented a room with an ocean view and after driving all day I get there and they put me in a different room with no view plus still charged me 250 a night the staff didn’t try to fix the situation and was very rude the supervisor even hung up the phone on me when I was explaining that I wasn’t given the room I reserved and I was now being over charged for the room they gave me.😡 I do not recommend staying here at all. They do not stand behind their reservations! They have no respect for their costumers! Very disappointed will NEVER stay here again!!!

Every moment of my stay!!!!! I do not recommend ever staying at this condo!!

Side beach view only

Space was very nice and roomy for 5 and decorated very nicely, however only a portion of the beach could be viewed from the patio. If the property owner is paying someone for maintenance and cleaning of the condo they need to check they out, because they are not getting what they are paying for. Just Saying.

The garage disposal was dirty with food particles and drain flies. I had to cover both sink drains to keep the drain flies away from use and our food. When I went to clean up at end of stay taking out the trash I noted that the bottom on the kitchen trash can was filthy with particles of food stuck to the bottom from the previous renter. I tried to rinse but things where stuck to the bottom. It was listed to have 2 trash bags but we only used one and could not find another one to place in the can. No pot holders were in the drawers as I discovered after putting my cinnamon rolls in the oven. Also the fold out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable, (sleep on rails) could be replaced or a thick mattress pad added. The toilet in the master bedroom had multiple cracks in the bowl and down one side along the out side and of the toilet. The screen on the sliding patio door was coming apart at the bottom and could be easily repaired before needing to be completely replaced. The patio door floor guide was very dirty.
